宁夏回族武术发展现状与保护对策的研究

【摘要】：回族武术是我国传统武术的重要组成部分,在历史长河中,回族人民精于钻研,善于实践,不断完善充实武术内容,提高武术技击性与健身性。宁夏回族自治区是我国最大的回族聚居地,有着深厚的回族文化背景。宁夏回族武术在长期的传习发展中形成了诸多流派,在广大人民群众中有着较好的基础,现有五项宁夏回族武术拳种被列入我国非物质文化遗产名录中。近年来宁夏回族武术发展滞慢,随着传承人老龄化,一些拳种濒临失传。为使宁夏回族武术较好的发展与传承,本研究以宁夏回族武术为研究对象,通过文献资料法和访谈法、问卷调查法,分别从列入非遗名录的四个回族武术项目的发展现状、民间流传的回族武术发展现状及宁夏体育院校回族武术发展现状三个方面对其发展现状进行调查研究,总结出宁夏回族传统武术发展存在的问题,这些问题主要包括：(1)传承人老龄化,传承出现断层；(2)传承内容呈竞技化趋势发展；(3)传承过程缺乏武术文化的传习;(4)传统武术赛事较少,活动资金不够;(5)高校武术专业人才对宁夏回族武术认知情况较差。本研究分别从传统武术自身发展与外部环境影响两方面分析影响宁夏回族武术发展的因素,并提出四个相应的保护对策：一、将“一校一拳”策略与宁夏回族武术项目结合发展;二、推行回族武术非物质文化遗产数字化保护措施；三、通过宁夏旅游业资源带动回族武术发展;四、武术段位制在传统武术中的普及推广。
[Abstract]:Hui Wushu is an important part of Chinese traditional Wushu. In the long history, the Hui people are good at studying, good at practice, constantly improve the content of Wushu, improve the martial arts skills and fitness. Ningxia Hui Autonomous region is the largest Hui settlement in China, with a deep cultural background. Ningxia Hui Wushu has formed many schools in the long run and has a good foundation among the broad masses of the people. Five items of Ningxia Hui Wushu boxing have been listed in the list of intangible cultural heritage of our country. In recent years, Ningxia Hui Wushu slow development, with the aging of inheritors, some boxing is on the verge of loss. In order to improve the development and inheritance of Ningxia Hui Wushu, this study takes Ningxia Hui Wushu as the research object, through the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, respectively, from the development status of the four items of Hui Wushu that are included in the non-legacy list. The present situation of the development of Hui Wushu in Ningxia Sports College and the present situation of Hui Wushu in Ningxia physical Education College were investigated and studied, and the problems in the development of traditional Wushu of Hui nationality in Ningxia were summarized. These problems mainly include: (1) the aging of the inheritors and the fault of inheritance; (2) the development of the content of inheritance is competitive; (3) the process of inheritance is short of martial arts culture; (4) the traditional martial arts events are less. The activity funds are not enough; (5) the cognition of Ningxia Hui Wushu is poor. This study analyzes the factors that affect the development of Ningxia Hui Wushu from the aspects of traditional Wushu's own development and external environment's influence, and puts forward four corresponding protection countermeasures: first, Combine the strategy of "one school with one punch" with Ningxia Hui Wushu project; second, promote the digital protection measures of Hui Wushu intangible cultural heritage; third, promote the development of Hui Wushu through Ningxia tourism resources; fourth, Wushu Duan system is popularized and popularized in traditional Wushu.
