悬吊训练对增强足球运动员身体素质及非稳定状态下技术能力的实证研究

【摘要】:研究目的:悬吊训练作为一种新兴的运动训练,现已广泛用于提升运动员核心肌群力量及平衡能力等方面。本研究希望通过探讨悬吊训练对足球运动员身体素质及技术能力的影响,为未来足球教练员及运动员科学、安全地利用悬吊训练增强运动表现提供重要方法学基础。研究方法:在查阅大量文献资料基础上,将24名U17青少年足球运动员随机分成实验组与对照组,实验组进行传统力量训练与悬吊训练相结合的力量训练,对照组依旧按传统力量训练法,干预实验进行8周,并分别在第0、3、6、8周进行身体素质指标及非稳定状态下足球技术测试;运用SPSS13.0统计分析软件对实验获得的指标进行配对样本T检验等方法分析。研究结果:1)在30米速度测试表现上,8周后的测试结果实验组与对照组无差异;2)在Ilinois测试、Nebrska的能力测试表现上,8周后的测试结果实验组要优于对照组,实验组成绩分别提高了5.06%与9.94%,实验组与对照组提高成绩存在显著性差异。3)在二级蛙跳的测试结果中,实验组增长了2.98%,对照组增长了1.19%。实验组与对照组存在显著性差异,悬吊训练组优于传统训练组4)在实心球的测试结果中,实验组增长了1.33%,而对照组成绩增长了0.46%,两者存在显著性差异。5)在闭眼燕式平衡测试结果中,实验组增长了36.6%,而对照组的成绩增长了3.8%,两组存在显著性差异,悬吊训练组优于传统训练组。6)在平板支撑的测试结果中,实验组增长了26.27%,对照组增长了12.4%,两者存在显著性差异。7)在非稳定状态下,受左、右、后三个方向的牵拉射门,实验组增长了63.29%、64.67%、63.29%,对照组增长了9.5%、4.5%、52.8%,两组存在显著性差异,悬吊训练组优于传统训练组。8)在非稳定状态下,受左、右、后三个方向的牵拉传球,实验组增长了49.77%、69.12%、52%,对照组增长了31.2%、18.02%、12.5%,两组存在显著性差异,悬吊训练组优于传统训练组。9)在非稳定状态下,受左、右、后三个方向的牵拉的头球,实验组增长了50%、59.15%、70.4%,对照组增长了40.8%、38.66%、38.66%,两组存在显著性差异,悬吊训练组优于传统训练组。研究结论:1)悬吊训练对足球运动员身体素质的影响,在进行8周的悬吊训练的干预后,足球运动员在速度素质的提升空间上与传统训练方法无异;在灵敏素质上,悬吊训练组的相对于传统训练组的提升较大,在力量素质上,悬吊训练对下肢肌群与核心力量的提升上优于传统训练组,在平衡协调能力上,悬吊训练组相对于传统训练组有优势。在身体素质中,悬吊训练对速度素质提升不明显,在力量、灵敏、平衡协调上悬吊训练上优于传统训练。2)悬吊训练对足球运动员非稳定状态下技术的影响,在非稳定状态下对身体的控制能力较好,在头球、传球、与射门的成功率和能力上优于传统训练。
[Abstract]:Objective: as a new sport training, suspension training has been widely used to enhance the core muscle strength and balance ability of athletes. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of suspension training on the physical quality and technical ability of football players so as to provide an important methodological basis for the future football coaches and athletes to make use of suspension training to enhance their sports performance safely. Methods: on the basis of consulting a great deal of literature, 24 U17 adolescent football players were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was trained with traditional strength training and suspension training. In the control group, according to the traditional strength training method, the intervention experiment was carried out for 8 weeks, and the physical fitness index and soccer technique were tested in the third and sixth week respectively. The SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the experimental indexes by paired sample T test and so on. The results were as follows: 1) there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group after 8 weeks on the performance of the 30m speed test; 2) in the performance of Ilinois test and Nebrska ability test, the results of the experimental group were better than that of the control group after 8 weeks, and the scores of the experimental group were increased by 5.06% and 9.94%, respectively. There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. 3) in the results of the two-level leapfrog test, the experimental group increased 2.98% and the control group 1.19%. There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, the suspension training group was better than the traditional training group 4) in the test results of solid ball, the experimental group increased 1.33%, while the control group achieved 0.46% increase. There was significant difference between the two groups. 5) in the results of the closed eye swallow balance test, the experimental group increased 36.6%, while the control group's score increased 3.8%, there was significant difference between the two groups. The suspension training group was better than the traditional training group. 6) in the test results of plate support, the experimental group increased 26.27 points, while the control group increased 12.4.The difference between the two groups was significant. In the latter three directions, the experimental group increased 63.29 and 64.67, and the control group increased 9.54.5and 52.8.The difference between the two groups was significant. The suspension training group was superior to the traditional training group. 8) in the unstable state, the suspension training group was pulled and passed in the left, right, and the last three directions. The experimental group increased 49.7710% 69.12 and 52 parts, while the control group increased 31.22% 18.02%. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The suspension training group was superior to the traditional training group. 9) under unstable conditions, the two groups were pulled in the left, right and last three directions. In the experimental group, there was an increase of 50% 59.15 and 70.4%. The control group increased 40.8% and 38.66%, there was significant difference between the two groups, the suspension training group was better than the traditional training group. Conclusion: 1) the influence of suspension training on the physical quality of football players, after 8 weeks of suspension training intervention, the speed quality of football players in the promotion of space and traditional training methods; In terms of sensitivity, the suspension training group is better than the traditional training group in terms of strength quality, which is superior to the traditional training group in the improvement of lower limb muscle group and core strength, and in the ability of balance and coordination. The suspension training group has an advantage over the traditional training group. In the physical quality, the suspension training is not obvious to the speed quality enhancement, and is superior to the traditional training in strength, sensitivity, balance and coordination. 2) the influence of the suspension training on the football players' skill in the unstable state. The ability to control the body in unstable state is better than that in traditional training in header, passing, and shooting.
