广州市普通高校跨学科体育专业硕士研究生学习情况研究

【摘要】:自2008年北京奥运会成功举办以来,随着我国的体育事业以及社会的不断发展,社会经济发展对复合型人才的需要也随着增加,吸引着越来越多的高素质人才投身到体育行业中来,为我国体育事业更上一层楼提供的更为强大的动力,另一方面,从2009年国家放开硕士研究生的招生以后,体育类的硕士研究生招生规模越逐年扩大,促使着相当一部分原来并非体育专业的学生跨专业考取了体育硕士研究生,但是,由于这部分的学生在本科时候的专业并不是体育相关专业,这部分硕士研究生在攻读研究生期间在学习上或多或少会出现某些方面的不足。本调查研究旨在通过对这部分跨学科研究生的调查研究,获得这部分学生在学习过程中出现的问题所在,针对所出现的问题进行总结分析,并对跨学科体育类研究生提出相关学习建议,也为高校接下来培养研究生提供相关参考,提高高校培养跨学科体育研究生的综合水平。本调查研究通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法和数理统计法,选取广州地区在广州地区具有将强代表性的华南师范大学、广州大学以及广州体育学院三所相关的体育院校的31名跨学科全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生进行调查研究,得到以下关于广州地区跨学科体育硕士研究生学习现状的初步研究结论以及建议:结论:1.跨科考研的主要动机是为继续深造,提高自己的学历,主要目的则是为了在毕业后从事体育教师职业,在考研之前都有着某一项运动项目的特长或者兴趣爱好。2.体育专业理论知识较为薄弱,但愿意进行专业理论的学习,学习进步相对较快,喜欢通过自修的方式进行学习,与此同时,大多表示学校设置的公共课程目的性不强,对学习的帮助不大。3.专业运动技能基础较差,学习进步较慢,学习效果较差,学习积极性不高,部分表现为有“一专”,但无“多能”,运动技能总体属于较弱的状态。进行运动训练的原因主要是出于兴趣爱好。4.大多选择学校作为实习实践地点,主要是为了配合以后的工作需要。进行实习实践的目的主要是为了增加阅历,提高自身的能力。在实习实践过程中主要表现出对体育工作的不熟悉以及上手较慢的不足。5.对学习影响最大的是自身因素,主要是专业理论技能基础薄弱,时间紧,导致专业知识技能成为学习短板。就业前景、自身的期望以及专业基础较差是学习压力来源的主要三个方面。另外,与导师的交流不足,学校运动基础设施的老化以及场馆的开放度低三个因素也在一定程度上对学习产生了影响。建议:1.跨学科研究生应该通过多种渠道的学习方式进行学习,发挥自身的复合型知识结构优势,通过制定计划表进行训练的形式来提高自身技能水平,努力提高“多能”的水平,与导师约定好固定的交流时间,科学制定就业目标,在提高自身应聘能力的基础上尽量做到先就业再择业。2.相关院校应该针对跨学科体育硕士研究生的特点为其补修相关课程,必要时应为跨学科研究生增设单独的补修课程,进一步优化公共课程设置,建议学校多提供相应的就业培训以及就业渠道,另一方面,学校对学校运动基础设施进行及时维护和更新的同时应该增加场馆的开放度。3.导师应该多与学生进行沟通交流,通过定时约谈的形式增加与学生的交流,拉近与学生的距离,对学生的学习多进行鼓励和指导,帮助他们提高自信心,提高学生的学习能力和学习效率。

It also provides relevant reference for the next cultivation of postgraduate students in colleges and universities, and improves the comprehensive level of postgraduate students in colleges and universities. By means of questionnaire, literature, interview and mathematical statistics, the author selects the South China Normal University which will be representative of South China by the method of questionnaire, literature, method and mathematical statistics. Based on the investigation and study of 31 multi-disciplinary postgraduate students in sports colleges and universities in Guangzhou University and Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education, the following conclusions and suggestions on the current situation of postgraduate study of interdisciplinary physical education in Guangzhou were obtained.
