江西省职业篮球发展路径研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会经济的发展水平不断提升,体育产业在我国得到了长足的发展和进步。从上世纪90年代中期开始,我国篮球运动的发展进入到职业化发展的新阶段。二十几年来,中国篮球职业化改革发展经过了多个阶段,但是江西省的职业篮球运动却一直没有能够有效开展起来。江西省地处我国中部地区,是位于长江中下游交接处的人口大省。在尽管近些年来江西省的业余篮球联赛的影响力越来越大,但是除了江西鑫业篮球俱乐部鑫龙男子篮球篮球队这一只打过NBL联赛的职业篮球俱乐部外,江西省职业篮球的发展再没有让人眼前一亮的突出成绩。站在篮球运动的职业化发展和产业化开发的视角来看,江西省职业篮球的发展还面临着很多现实存在的问题,全面推动江西省职业篮球的发展任重而道远。本研究立足于职业篮球运动发展的一般规律,在“理论→实践→理论”的研究思路指导下,从我国职业篮球的发展经验出发,对职业篮球在我国的发展轨迹进行了全面的汇总和梳理。然后,研究通过问卷调查和实地访谈相结合的方式,对江西职业篮球发展的现状进行了深入的调查。在调查中发现,江西省篮球迷群体的规模庞大,国内外职业篮球赛事在江西省的受关注度也普遍较高,但是江西省本土的职业队伍对当地球迷的吸引力不强,江西省地方职业篮球发展基础也并不牢固。除此之外,调查还发现江西省职业篮球的发展存在着江西省职业篮球人才培养模式较为单一、缺乏高素质的体育产业管理人才、缺乏具体可行的法律法规依据等一系列问题。在找到问题的同时,研究提出了解决江西省职业篮球发展问题的对策建议。研究相信,只要顺应职业篮球运动的发展规律,从建立多样化的人才培养模式、加强对职业篮球队的宣传营销力度、积极改革篮球俱乐部的管理体制、加强对体育产业人员管理素质的培养、政府加大对篮球产业的扶持力度、制定完善的法律法规支撑体系和利用高科技提高篮球产业化水平等角度出发,努力夯实江西省职业篮球发展的基础,就能有效开拓出上述七条路径,有效推动江西职业篮球的快速健康发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in our country, the sports industry has made great progress in our country. Since the middle of 1990s, the development of basketball has entered a new stage of professional development. In the past twenty years, the reform and development of basketball professionalization in China has gone through many stages, but the professional basketball in Jiangxi Province has not been able to carry out effectively. Jiangxi Province is located in the central region of China, is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River at the junction of the population province. In spite of the growing influence of the amateur basketball league in Jiangxi Province in recent years, in addition to the Xinlong men's basketball team of Jiangxi Xinye Basketball Club, a professional basketball club that has played in the NBL league, The development of professional basketball in Jiangxi Province is no longer a brilliant achievement. From the perspective of professional development and industrialization development of basketball, the development of professional basketball in Jiangxi Province is still faced with many practical problems, so it is a long way to promote the development of professional basketball in Jiangxi Province. This research is based on the general law of the development of professional basketball, under the guidance of "theory and practice theory", starting from the development experience of professional basketball in China. The development track of professional basketball in China is summarized and combed. Then, through the way of questionnaire investigation and field interview, the author makes a deep investigation on the present situation of professional basketball in Jiangxi province. In the investigation, we found that the scale of basketball fans in Jiangxi Province is huge, and professional basketball matches at home and abroad are generally attracting high attention in Jiangxi Province, but the local professional teams in Jiangxi Province are not attractive to local fans. Jiangxi Province local professional basketball development base is not solid. In addition, the investigation also found that the development of professional basketball in Jiangxi Province has a relatively single professional basketball talent training model, lack of high-quality sports industry management personnel, lack of specific and feasible legal and regulatory basis and a series of problems. At the same time, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of professional basketball development in Jiangxi Province. The study believes that as long as we conform to the rules of the development of professional basketball, we should establish a diversified talent training model, strengthen the propaganda and marketing of professional basketball teams, and actively reform the management system of basketball clubs. From the angles of strengthening the cultivation of the management quality of the sports industry personnel, increasing the government's support for the basketball industry, establishing a sound legal and regulatory support system, and using high technology to improve the level of basketball industrialization, By strengthening the foundation of professional basketball development in Jiangxi Province, the above seven paths can be effectively developed and the rapid and healthy development of Jiangxi professional basketball can be effectively promoted.
