录像反馈在高校篮球教学中的实验研究

【摘要】:国内外研究者对录像反馈在体育教学、训练中的应用进行了多样化、多层次的研究,录像反馈在跳高、排球、速度滑冰等项目的教学和训练中得到了广泛的研究,取得了显著成效,积累了较为丰富的研究成果。篮球技术教学方面前人也进行了大量的研究和探索,既有对篮球技术体系的理论研究,又有具体的教学方法、教学模式、技术手段在篮球技术教学中的应用研究。但录像反馈在篮球技术教学中的应用研究较少,且因为技术手段的限制,和昂贵的设备、软件的制约,录像反馈在篮球技术教学中的应用研究大多集中在教学录像播放、教学现场录像及事后回放集体反馈等方面。本研究在上述研究的基础上,探索录像反馈在高校篮球教学中应用的新的方法和形式;通过教学实验,对比录像反馈教学和常规教学在高校篮球技术教学中产生的不同效应;通过问卷调查,研究学生在实验中对篮球技术学习的兴趣和主体性;以运球和投篮技术为例,论证高校篮球选项课技术教学中,运用录像反馈教学的有效性。本研究选择信阳学院2015级篮球选项课学生作为实验对象。随机抽取2015级两个班的学生,均为女生。确定一班为实验组,另一班为对照组,两个班人数均为30人。通过8周16节课的教学实验研究,实验组进行录像反馈教学,对照组进行常规教学,两组教学时间、教学内容及教学进度一致,实验结束通过一分钟投篮和全场运球往返的测试得出结论:1.在一分钟投篮测试中,实验组达标成绩为6.00±2.22,技评成绩为4.42±2.56,对照组达标成绩为3.70±2.32,技评成绩为3.92±2.62,实验组的达标成绩与技评成绩均高于对照组,且具有显著差异。在行进间运球技术测试中,实验组达标成绩为5.20±2.33,技评成绩为4.23±0.43,对照组达标成绩为3.35±2.03,技评成绩为3.83±0.45,实验组的达标成绩和技评成绩均高于对照组,且差异显著,录像反馈教学效果明显,提升了高校篮球选项课女生的篮球技能。2.通过对实验后学生的问卷调查进行分析,93.34%的学生认为在录像反馈教学过程中学习的主观能动性得到提高。90%的学生认为录像反馈教学提高了自己学习篮球技术的自信心,86.67%的学生认为自己的团队协作能力在录像反馈教学过程中得到了提高。录像反馈教学优化了课堂教学过程,加强了教师的主导性和学生的主体性。3.录像反馈教学提高了学生对篮球技术学习的兴趣。86.67%的学生认为在录像反馈教学过程中,自己学习篮球技术的兴趣得到了提高,篮球课堂变得生动活泼。4.对传统的教学方法有一定的补充和促进作用。
[Abstract]:Researchers at home and abroad have diversified and studied the application of video feedback in physical education and training. Video feedback has been widely studied in the teaching and training of high jump, volleyball, speed skating and other events. Remarkable results have been achieved and rich research results have been accumulated. There are many researches and explorations on basketball technology teaching, including the theoretical research of basketball technology system, and the application research of concrete teaching methods, teaching models and technical means in basketball technology teaching. However, the research on the application of video feedback in basketball technology teaching is less, and because of the limitation of technical means, expensive equipment and software, the application research of video feedback in basketball technology teaching is mostly focused on the teaching video playing. Teaching scene video and replay after the collective feedback and so on. On the basis of the above research, this study explores the new methods and forms of video feedback applied in college basketball teaching, compares the different effects of video feedback teaching and conventional teaching in college basketball technology teaching through teaching experiments. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper studies the students' interest and subjectivity in basketball technique learning in the experiment, and takes dribbling and shooting technique as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of video feedback teaching in the technical teaching of basketball elective courses in colleges and universities. In this study, Xinyang College 2015 Basketball elective course students as experimental object. Two classes of 2015 were randomly selected, all of which were girls. The first class was the experimental group and the other was the control group. According to the experimental study of teaching in the course of 8 weeks and 16 classes, the experimental group was given video feedback teaching, while the control group was given routine teaching. The teaching time, teaching content and teaching progress of the two groups were the same. At the end of the experiment, the test of one minute shooting and dribbling round trip came to the conclusion: 1. In one minute shooting test, the scores of experimental group and control group were 6.00 卤2.22, 4.42 卤2.56, 3.70 卤2.32 and 3.92 卤2.62, respectively. The standard scores and technical evaluation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and there were significant differences. In the test of dribbling technique, the scores of the experimental group and the control group were 5.20 卤2.33, 4.23 卤0.43, 3.35 卤2.03 and 3.83 卤0.45 respectively, and that of the control group were 5.20 卤2.33, 4.23 卤0.43, 3.35 卤2.03 and 3.83 卤0.45, respectively. The scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant. The effect of video feedback teaching was obvious, which improved the basketball skills of girls in college basketball elective courses. 2. Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey of the students after the experiment, 93.34% of the students thought that the subjective initiative of learning was improved in the process of video feedback teaching, and 90% of the students thought that video feedback teaching improved their confidence in learning basketball skills. 86.67% of the students thought that their teamwork ability was improved in the process of video feedback teaching. The video feedback teaching has optimized the classroom teaching process, strengthened the teacher's leading position and the student's subjectivity. 3. Video feedback teaching improved students' interest in learning basketball skills. 86.67% of the students thought that their interest in learning basketball skills was improved and basketball classes became lively in the process of video feedback teaching. 4. It can supplement and promote the traditional teaching methods.
