太极柔力球锻炼对中老年女性身体机能影响的实验研究
[Abstract]:Objective: with the improvement of people's living standards, health has been put at the top of the list. As a result, more people participate in the sport, with the increasing number of elderly people, many older people also gradually care about their health. Taiji flexible ball is a kind of small intensity in mass sports, which is very different from other sports. The three components are welcome, lead and throw. It is a sport with many characteristics and various forms of motion. Taiji flexible ball is composed of two parts of routine performance competition, accompanied by the small requirements of the venue, equipment, environment and so on, and can be single, double, multi-person competition form, which is loved by the vast number of middle-aged and elderly people. With the aging of the elderly, the heart and lung function, physical fitness and other aspects of the health status of the middle-aged and old people have become the focus of our future care, many diseases and blood lipid are closely related. Many experts and scholars are very concerned about how to keep the body in good condition by lowering blood lipids. This paper takes the middle-aged and elderly people as the research object, compares the indexes before and after exercise, and further reflects the fitness function of Taiji flexible ball. Methods: 19 middle-aged and elderly aged 46-65 years were treated with Taiji flexible ball 5 times a week for more than 1.5 hours each time for 2 months. The body shape, quality, function and blood index were tested before and after the experiment. The data were recorded by exce2003 and analyzed by spss17.0. Results: after 8 weeks of Taiji flexibility ball exercise, the fat weight of the women in the 1.56-65 age group decreased significantly (P0.05). The vital capacity of the women in the 2.46-55 and 56-65 years old group were all increased after 8 weeks of Taiji flexibility ball exercise. There was a very significant improvement (P0.01). After 8 weeks of Taiji flexion ball exercise, the women in the 3.46-55 years old group had a very significant improvement in sitting forward flexion and closed eyes standing (P0.01). Women in the 4.46-55 age group had a very significant improvement (P0.01). There was no significant difference in the number of red blood cells and white blood cells between women aged 56 and 65 after 8 weeks of exercise. There was a very significant increase in hemoglobin in women aged 46 to 55 (P0.01). There was a significant increase in high density lipoprotein in blood lipids in women aged 5.46 to 55 and in women in group 56-65 after 8 weeks of exercise with Taiji flexure ball (P0). .05) conclusion: 1 The exercise of Taiji flexure ball can reduce the body weight, body fat, fat weight and body fat rate of women aged 46 to 65 years, and has a significant decrease in body fat weight for women aged 56 to 65 years. It shows that long time participation in Taiji flexible ball forging can effectively reduce the weight of middle-aged and elderly women to prevent obesity. 2. 2. Taiji flexibility ball exercise had no significant effect on the quiet heart rate and blood pressure of women aged 46 to 65 years old, but had a significant increase in vital capacity, indicating that Taiji flexible ball exercise could improve the oxygen transport ability. 3. Taiji flexibility ball exercise on women aged 46-65 years of age flexibility, reaction time, balance ability has significantly improved, indicating that Taiji flexibility ball exercise can enhance the health level. 4. Taiji flexibility ball exercise can reduce the total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride content in the blood of women aged 46 to 65 years old, can increase the high density lipoprotein content to have the function of preventing cardiovascular disease. 5. Taiji flexibility ball exercise had no significant change in the number of white blood cells and red blood cells in women aged 46 to 65, but it could increase the content of hemoglobin, enhance the ability of oxygen transport, and thus improve aerobic exercise ability.
