【摘要】：以十九大报告为指引,在学习习近平体育思想的基础上,从实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦、解决新时期社会矛盾、全面建成小康社会、建设体育强国的责任担当出发,结合我国体育事业发展实际,力图阐释新时代体育的功能定位与历史使命。
