2015年全国柔道锦标赛女子中级别前三名运动员技战术特征分析

【摘要】：新规则的实施,对我国柔道界产生了重大的影响,它使得传统柔道技术动作重新得到重视,使得柔道运动员在比赛中所运用的技战术发生了重大的改变。女子柔道中级别队伍是我国柔道队伍中较为优秀的队伍之一,为了更好的了解新规则下我国女子柔道中级别运动员的技战术特征,本研究运用文献资料法、录像分析法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对2015年全国锦标赛女子柔道中级别前三名运动员的技战术运用实况进行统计分析,探讨我国女子柔道中级别运动员的投技、寝技、连络技以及战术运用特征及规律,试图为我国女子柔道中级别运动员更好的理解规则,适应规则以及更好的进行竞技训练提供可参考的理论资料。研究结果表明:(1)2015年全国柔道锦标赛女子中级别前三名运动员在技术使用中以投技技术为主,运动员投技技术中主要使用成功率较高的足技技术,在足技技术的细节使用技术上,不在局限于其中的几个技术,小内刈、大外挂、大内返、出足扫等足技技术均有使用,且有较高的成功率。手技技术使用频次远低于足技技术,主要以作为传统手技技术的双手背负投技术为主。舍身技由于对运动员的要求较高,虽然运用次数少,但成功率高。(2)在寝技技术运用中发现,女子柔道中级别前三名运动员的抱压技技术在比赛中的使用率和成功率成反比,使用次数很多但是成功率很低,关节技和绞技的成功率明显高于抱压技。(3)在连络技术的特征上,女子柔道中级别前三名运动员主要以内股连络技、背负投连络技为主,其他动作连络技术的发展也呈上升趋势。随着对新规则的进一步理解,运动员也开始积极创新其他动作连络技术,并发展成为自身的得意技。(4)运动员在战术的运用上,主要集中在抢先战术、防守反击战术以及佯攻战术中,寝技战术、规则战术、体能战术和攻防转换战术运用较少,战术运用不够丰富多变。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the new rules has had a great impact on the judo field of our country. It has made the traditional judo technical movements re-attach importance to, and made the judo players' skills and tactics used in the competition changed greatly. In order to better understand the technical and tactical characteristics of Chinese female judo middle-class athletes under the new rules, this study uses the method of literature, video analysis, and so on, in order to better understand the technical and tactical characteristics of Chinese women judo middle-class athletes under the new rules. By means of expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the technical and tactical application of the top three women judo athletes in the 2015 National Championships, and probes into the pitching skills of Chinese women judo middle-class athletes. The characteristics and rules of dormitory skill, continuous skill and tactics application are trying to provide reference theoretical data for Chinese female judo middle-level athletes to better understand the rules, adapt to the rules and better carry on the competitive training. The results show that: (1) the top three women athletes in the National Judo Championships in 2015 mainly use the technique of pitching, and the athletes mainly use the football technique with higher success rate in the technique. In the details of the use of soccer techniques, not limited to a few of the techniques, small internal mowing, large external, large internal return, foot sweep and other foot techniques have been used, and have a higher success rate. The use frequency of hand technique is much lower than that of foot technique. Because of the high demands on athletes, although the number of times of use is low, the success rate is high. (2) it is found in the application of dormitory technique. The use rate and success rate of the top three women judo athletes in the competition are inversely proportional, using many times but the success rate is very low. The success rate of joint skill and strangulation technique is obviously higher than that of clasping technique. (3) in the characteristics of contact technique, the top three female judo athletes are mainly in the inner strands, while the backbearing throwing and collating techniques are the main ones. The development of other movement contact techniques is also on the rise. With the further understanding of the new rules, athletes also began to actively innovate other action contact techniques, and developed into their own smug skills. (4) athletes in the use of tactics, mainly focused on preemptive tactics, In defensive counterattack tactics and feint tactics, the use of dorm technique tactics, rules tactics, physical ability tactics and offensive and defensive transition tactics is less, and the tactics use is not rich and changeable.
