茶文化思想对高校体育教育目标的改革与创新

【摘要】：茶文化是我国独特的民族文化,茶文化中所蕴含的思想更是我国长时间历史沉淀下来的智慧结晶,特别是"动静"的哲学内涵,更是符合当代社会发展的内在规律。通过将高校体育与茶文化结合在一起,不仅可以达到激发大学生对体育运动的热情的效果,还会促进茶文化精神的升华,本文将茶文化思想与高校教育结合在一起,旨在运用茶文化对高校体育教学的目标进行探究,从而结合当今教育发展规律和学生自身特点对高校体育教育目标进行改革和创新。
[Abstract]:Tea culture is the unique national culture of our country. The thought contained in tea culture is the wisdom crystallization of the long history of our country, especially the philosophical connotation of "movement and movement", which is in line with the internal law of the development of contemporary society. By combining college sports with tea culture, we can not only stimulate college students' enthusiasm for sports, but also promote the sublimation of tea culture spirit. The purpose of this paper is to probe into the aims of physical education in colleges and universities by using tea culture, and to reform and innovate the aims of physical education in colleges and universities in combination with the law of educational development and the characteristics of students themselves.
