软梯训练对普通大学生足球专项灵敏素质的影响研究

【摘要】:随着足球运动的快速发展,在比赛中快速有效的时间空间争夺与激烈的身体对抗不断增加,体能作为足球运动当中必不可少的重要组成部分,越来越受到世界各国足球人士的关注,这也推动了足球体能科研的不断更新和完善。足球的专项灵敏素质作为足球技、战术与身体灵敏素质相结合的有机整体,既包含了足球技、战术层面的训练又包含了身体的灵敏素质训练。研究主要引用目前国内外较常用的软梯训练,旨在通过实验来探索软梯训练对普通大学生足球专项灵敏素质的影响以及其对足球运动中有球和无球时灵敏素质的影响。为提高普通大学生足球专项灵敏素质提供有效的参考依据。研究主要通过文献资料法和问卷调查法对论文实验的训练内容和测试指标进行了筛选,运用实验法和数理统计法来验证软梯训练对足球专项灵敏素质的影响研究和比较分析结果。以中国矿业大学的30名足球爱好者为实验对象,通过对足球爱好者的身高体重、踢球年限、年龄和实验前测试结果来将他们分为实验组和对照组,经过16周的训练,对反映足球专项灵敏素质的4项测试指标来进行测试,取得最终测试结果并统计分析得出以下结论:(1)实验后实验组与对照组的对比分析发现,在随机、快速变化的复杂环境中,快速反应的能力和测试身体综合灵敏素质的“六角反应球测试”的成绩显著提高,说明结合了软梯训练的实验组比传统的灵敏素质训练对大学生足球专项灵敏素质(无球)的提高效果更好。(2)实验后实验组与对照组的对比分析发现,反映运动员在快速运动时加、减速和变换动作能力的Illinois(伊利诺斯)测试成绩提高非常显著,因此说明了结合了软梯训练的实验组比传统的灵敏素质训练对大学生足球专项灵敏素质(无球)的提高效果更好。(3)从实验后实验组与对照组的对比分析发现,在反映运动员快速奔跑时突然变向的能力、对运动员的身体控制以及平衡感、协调性都很好的红箭头测试成绩提高非常显著,因此说明了结合软梯训练的实验组比传统的灵敏素质训练对大学生足球专项灵敏素质(无球)的提高效果更好。(4)从实验后实验组与对照组的对比分析发现,在反映结合球时的加速减速、急停急转变向和传接球能力改编的AFL运球灵敏测试的成绩虽然实验组平均成绩提高幅度较对照组大,但是提高不显著,因此说明了结合软梯训练的实验组与传统的灵敏素质训练对大学生足球专项灵敏素质的提高效果无明显差异,证明了软梯训练对促进大学生的足球专项灵敏素质(有球)的提高不够显著。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of football, the rapid and effective time-space competition and fierce physical confrontation are increasing, and physical ability is an essential and important part of football. More and more attention has been paid to football players all over the world, which has promoted the continuous updating and improvement of football physical fitness research. As an organic whole of football skill, tactics and body sensitivity, the special dexterity of football includes not only football skill, but also the training of tactics as well as the training of body. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of soft ladder training on the special quality of football for ordinary college students and the influence of soft ladder training on the ball-free and ball-free quality of football by using the soft ladder training which is commonly used at home and abroad at present. In order to improve the general college students football special sensitive quality to provide an effective reference basis. Through the methods of literature and questionnaire, the training contents and test indexes of the experiment are screened. Experiments and mathematical statistics are used to verify the influence of soft ladder training on football special sensitivity and the results are compared and analyzed. Thirty football enthusiasts from China University of Mining and Technology were divided into experimental group and control group after 16 weeks of training through the body height, weight, years of playing football, age and the results of pre-experiment tests, which were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, which were divided into experimental group and control group after 16 weeks of training. The final test results were obtained and the following conclusions were obtained by statistical analysis: (1) after the experiment, the comparative analysis between the experimental group and the control group found that, at random, the experimental group and the control group were randomly tested, and the results were as follows: (1) In a rapidly changing complex environment, the ability to respond quickly and the "hexagonal ball test" to test the overall sensitivity of the body have significantly improved. It shows that the experiment group combined with the soft ladder training has better effect than the traditional sensitive quality training on the improvement of college students' football special sensitive quality (no ball). (2) after the experiment, the contrast analysis between the experimental group and the control group shows that the experiment group is more effective than the traditional one. The Illinois (Illinois) test, which reflects athletes' ability to increase, decelerate, and change their ability to move during fast exercise, has been significantly improved. Therefore, the combination of soft ladder training in the experimental group is better than the traditional sensitive quality training to improve the special sensitive quality of college students football (no ball). (3) after the experiment, the contrast analysis between the experimental group and the control group found that, The performance of the red arrow test, which reflects the ability of athletes to suddenly change direction when they run fast, and their physical control and sense of balance, as well as their coordination, is very significantly improved. Therefore, the combination of soft ladder training in the experimental group is better than the traditional sensitive quality training for college students to improve the special sensitive quality of football (no ball). (4) from the experimental group and the control group after the contrast analysis found that, The results of the AFL dribble sensitivity test, which reflected the acceleration and deceleration of the combined ball, the rapid transition to the quick stop and the ability to pass the ball, increased the average score of the experimental group more than that of the control group, but the increase was not significant. Therefore, there is no obvious difference between the experimental group combined with the soft ladder training and the traditional sensitive quality training in the improvement of the special sensitive quality of football among college students. It is proved that the soft ladder training is not significant enough to promote the students' football special sensitive quality (with ball).
