河南省高校体育教育专业排球普修课考核评价研究

【摘要】:高校学生考核评价作为教学评价的重要内容之一,是在遵循教学内部发展规律,与人才培养目标,采用现代教育评价方法对学生学习情况进行科学价值判断的教学过程。通过考核评价可以发现教学中存在的问题,对学生的学习情况进行反馈,在高校教学过程中具有重要的作用。排球普修课作为体育教育专业学生必修的一门技术类课程,对于学生综合能力的提升,与我国排球人才的培养具有重要意义。本文以河南省高校体育教育专业考核评价为研究对象。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较分析法等研究方法,从教师与学生两个主体视角对河南省高校体育教育专业考核评价现状进行分析。通过专家访谈与调研信息的汇总,运用德尔菲法,对初拟指标进行筛选构建了新的高校体育教育专业考核评价体系。针对所构建的考核评价体系结合现行考核评价体系,提出相应的建议性对策。本研究得出结论如下:1.河南省高校体育教育专业现行考核评价体系整体符合教学大纲的要求,在理论考核、技术考核方面相对成熟,较全面地体现了排球教学大纲的要求,但缺乏对学生基本能力的考核内容。2.教师与学生对现行考核评价标准在认知情况上存在分歧,学生群体满意度较低,希望能够对考核评价体系予以修正。3.现行考核评价内容相对单一,评价手段以终结性评价为主。4.经过三轮德尔菲法的筛选,以体育教育专业培养目标与教学大纲为依据,共建立4个一级指标、16个二级指标、46个三级指标,通过秩和运算法,计算各指标的权重,最终构建了新的体育教育专业考核评价指标体系。5.针对所设计考核评价体系提出相应对策研究:重视考核评价的功能、树立发展性考核评价理念;注重能力考核评价内容;采用多样化考核评价手段。
[Abstract]:As one of the important contents of teaching evaluation, the assessment and evaluation of college students is a teaching process that follows the internal development law of teaching, and aims at cultivating talents, and adopts modern educational evaluation method to judge the scientific value of students' learning situation. Through the examination and evaluation, we can find the problems existing in the teaching, and give feedback to the students' learning situation, which plays an important role in the teaching process of colleges and universities. As a required technical course for students majoring in physical education, volleyball general course is of great significance to the improvement of students' comprehensive ability and the cultivation of volleyball talents in China. This paper takes the examination and evaluation of physical education specialty in colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research object. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and so on, this paper analyzes the present situation of the assessment and evaluation of physical education majors in colleges and universities in Henan province from the perspective of teachers and students. By means of expert interview and summary of investigation information, a new evaluation system of physical education specialty in colleges and universities is constructed by using Delphi method to screen the preliminary indicators. According to the established evaluation system combined with the current assessment and evaluation system, the corresponding suggestions are put forward. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The current assessment and evaluation system of physical education majors in Henan Province accords with the requirements of the syllabus, and is relatively mature in theoretical and technical assessment, which reflects the requirements of the volleyball syllabus in an all-round way. However, there is a lack of assessment of students' basic abilities. 2. There are differences between teachers and students on the cognition of the current assessment and evaluation standards, and the satisfaction of the student group is low. It is hoped that the assessment and evaluation system can be amended. 3. The current assessment and evaluation content is relatively single, and the evaluation means are mainly the final evaluation. 4. After three rounds of screening by Delphi method, based on the training target and syllabus of physical education specialty, a total of 4 first-level indexes, 16 second-level indexes and 46 third-level indexes were established. The weights of each index were calculated by rank sum algorithm. Finally constructed a new physical education major assessment and evaluation index system. 5. In view of the designed assessment and evaluation system, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: attach importance to the function of assessment and evaluation, set up the concept of developmental assessment and evaluation, pay attention to the content of assessment and evaluation of ability, and adopt the diversified means of assessment and evaluation.
