基于SWOT理论对我国竞技网球发展战略的分析

【摘要】：中国竞技网球的发展与国际竞技网球的发展逐渐凸显出的差距要求我们分析研究中国竞技网球发展战略。本文运用文献资料法、访问法、问卷调查法、SWOT分析法、逻辑分析法等,系统分析中国竞技网球发展的SWOT(优势、劣势、机会、威胁),并根据SWOT矩阵模型和思路,组合成四种战略组合SO、ST、WO、WT,找出符合中国现阶段社会发展和国际网球运动发展趋势相适应的发展战略。我们通过分析研究表明:1竞技网球发展战略为针对竞技网球在一定的发展周期内提出具体的规划和方针政策,进而为实现这一目标的过程所做的系统的、阶段性的、科学的运筹和谋划。2、后备人才因子、管理模式因子、竞赛体制因子、教练员因子、运动员文化与职业素养因子、训练因子是影响我国竞技网球发展的主要制约因素。3、国际网球的发展,“李娜现象”,经济发展和商业发展是我国竞技网球发展的促进因素。4、根据我国竞技网球发展过程中存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,中国竞技网球发展的战略有四种共选择:发挥优势、把握机会的开拓型战略;利用机会、克服弱点的争取型战略;利用优势、避免风险的抗争型战略;减少弱点、避免风险的保守型战略。每一个战略包含两种发展战略类型。5、中国竞技网球发展战略方位角θ=121.188°∈[π/2,3π/4]之间,位于第二象限内,属于争取型发展战略,战略类型属于争取型;战略强度ρ=0.5135大于0.5,应采取积极开拓的战略措施。因此中国竞技网球发展的战略为以进取型为主的争取型发展战略和采取积极开拓的战略措施。
