女排精神的当代价值与传承

【摘要】：运用文献资料法等探讨中国女排精神在当代的价值和传承,以促进女排精神的发展。研究表明:当今中国女排精神在老女排精神的基础上有了新的发展和变化,早已超出体育领域,在社会各个领域都产生了积极的作用,是各个竞技体育团队的学习典范;女排精神能重塑人的价值观、鼓舞团队和个人前进、唤起爱国精神和激发其他运动项目积极向上;女排精神的基础是实力、坚持和技战术,女排精神无关胜负,是一种团队信念。建议:通过积极创新、国际化协作等促进女排精神的发展,将女排精神和经验运用于社会各个领域。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature, this paper probes into the value and inheritance of the spirit of Chinese women's volleyball team in order to promote the development of the spirit of women's volleyball team. The research shows that the spirit of Chinese women's volleyball team has made new development and change on the basis of the spirit of old women's volleyball team, which has long gone beyond the field of sports and has played a positive role in all fields of society, and is the learning model of each competitive sports team. The spirit of women's volleyball team can reshape people's values, encourage teams and individuals to move forward, arouse patriotism and stimulate the positive progress of other sports. The spirit of the women's volleyball team is based on strength, persistence and skills and tactics, the spirit of the women's volleyball team is not winning or losing, is a kind of team belief. Suggestions: to promote the development of women's volleyball spirit through positive innovation, international cooperation and so on, and to apply the spirit and experience of women's volleyball team to all fields of society.
