【摘要】:作为相对独立的、全新的、敏感的、多元的青年群体,在其成长过程中受到传统观念和社会转型的双重影响,无论是男性,还是女性,都会由于认知不足,经验限制,屡屡在学业、生活、职场、婚恋等方面遭受到性别不公而产生心理困惑,这些诸多的不适不仅给自己和他人带来痛苦,同时也危害社会。在青年群体问题频出而无法得到有效解决时,笔者从家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育这三个青年受教环境中对青年现状逐一分析之后,得出结论:当前的青年教育实践中缺少正确的性别教育。缘于教育者受到来自社会传统中性别刻板印象的深度侵害,从而对青年两性实行了有区别的教育态度、教育行为等,潜移默化地影响着青年。青年自身也因此落后的性别观念窄化了思维,无法正确地认识自己、估量自己,拥有健康的个性,全面地挖掘内在潜质。鉴于此,本文提出对当前的青年教育进行改革,在其中引入社会性别理论,用社会性别特有的观点和内涵解读和纠正出现在青年教育中的社会性别失衡现象,为青年教育提供一个教育新路向和全新的方法。目的是通过家庭、学校以及社会三种教育类型,探索出积极而有建设性的途径来革新青年教育,使之卓有成效。同时,唤起教育者和大众对性别话题的关注度、敏感度,倡导大家学习、掌握先进的社会性别知识,摆脱僵化陈旧的性别观念,由衷地尊重和理解异性,促进两性的平等与和谐,最大化的避免青年的性别分化,来真正地帮助青年、教育青年、引导青年,使他们能够享有公平的教育过程,保证青年两性健康而全面的成长成才。
[Abstract]:As a relatively independent, new, sensitive, multiple youth groups, influenced by traditional ideas and the social transformation in its growth process, whether male or female, and will be due to lack of knowledge, experience, often in academic, life, career, marriage and other aspects suffered injustice and gender many of these psychological confusion, the discomfort is not only for himself and the suffering of others, but also harm to the society. And can not be effectively solved in frequent youth problems, the author from the family education, school education, social education for the three young educated environment on the status quo of young one by one analysis, draw the conclusion: the lack of sex education correct the current youth education practice. Due to the depth of social education by the infringement from the traditional gender stereotype, so as to implement differentiated youth sex education attitude, education Behavior, exerts a subtle influence on youth. Youth itself is so narrow the gender concept backward thinking, can not correctly understand themselves, to assess their healthy personality, fully tap the internal potential. In view of this, this paper proposed to reform the current youth education, in which the introduction of social gender theory, social phenomenon the gender imbalance in ideas and connotation and correct the gender specific in the youth education, to provide a new way of education and a new method for youth education. The purpose is through family, school and society three types of education, and actively explore a constructive way to reform the youth education, to very fruitful. At the same time, arouse the attention of educators, and the public on the topic of gender sensitivity, we advocate learning, to master the advanced social gender knowledge, from the rigid old gender concept, by We should sincerely respect and understand the opposite sex, promote gender equality and harmony, and maximize the avoidance of gender differentiation, so as to truly help young people, educate young people, guide young people, enable them to enjoy a fair educational process, and ensure the healthy and comprehensive growth of young people.
