【摘要】:大学校园时光对于每一个大学生来说都弥足珍贵,它正是个体储备知识、完善人格的重要人生阶段。大学阶段个体发展的好坏直接关系到整个人生的成败。然而,当下许多大学生却得过且过、浑浑噩噩,高校里充斥着对“无聊生活”的抱怨。无聊是个人面对贫乏的外部刺激和内部刺激时,无法体验充分的需求满足,从而产生的冷漠、孤独、抑郁、无助等不愉快的复合情绪状态,具有兴趣匮乏、注意力涣散和动机缺失等特点。大学生活比较单纯简单,活动缺乏多样性;而且大学生自主时间比较多,他们精力比较充沛又富于活力;许多同学在缺乏有效外部刺激的情况下,又没有足够的积极自觉意识以及良好的自我调控能力,比较容易出现无聊情绪。在出现无聊情绪后,大学生对校园生活显得消极被动,得过且过,时间管理水平低下,生活和学习规律紊乱,以致大量时间在这种消极情绪状态下被浪费。 当下,我国大学生心理健康教育工作对学生出现的焦虑、抑郁等情绪问题关注比较多,而对大学生中普遍都存在的无聊情绪以及由此引发的不良行为关注还很不够,深入系统的研究更是十分缺乏。根据国内外已有研究,无聊情绪对大学生心理健康有较大危害;若长时间处于无聊情绪控制下,大学生时间知觉会出现偏差,时间管理水平低下,导致旷课、网络成瘾、酗酒等一系列不良行为出现。本研究试图深入探讨无聊情绪与时间管理水平的关系,希望能从缓解无聊情绪入手,提高大学生时间管理水平,提高校园生活质量,达到心理健康目标;同时,也希望通过本研究引起高校心理健康教育者对大学生无聊情绪的重视。 本研究使用《青少年时间管理倾向量表》和《大学生无聊倾向问卷》进行调查,被试是来自湖南师范大学、中南大学、中南林业科技大学三所高校的全日制本科在读大学生,回收有效问卷482份,数据使用SPSS13.0进行分析。结果表明:(1)大学生无聊情绪在性别上存在显著差异,男生无聊情绪水平显著高于女生。(2)大学生无聊情绪只在孤单感因子上年级差异显著。(3)高、低无聊情绪者在时间管理水平上差异极其显著,高无聊情绪学生的时间管理水平显著低于低无聊情绪学生。(4)大学生无聊情绪水平对其时间管理水平有很好的负向预测作用。
[Abstract]:College campus time is precious to every college student, it is an individual reserve of knowledge. The development of individual in the university stage is directly related to the success or failure of the whole life. However, many college students are muddled by it. College is full of complaints about "boring life". Boredom is a person who is unable to experience adequate needs in the face of poor external and internal stimuli, resulting in apathy, loneliness, and depression. Helplessness and other unpleasant complex emotional state, with the characteristics of lack of interest, lack of attention and lack of motivation, college life is simple, lack of diversity of activities; And college students have more independent time, they are more energetic and energetic; Many students in the absence of effective external stimulus, but also do not have enough positive consciousness and good self-control ability, more likely to appear boring mood. College students appear to be passive, muddle by, low level of time management, disorder of life and study rules, and a lot of time is wasted in this state of negative emotion. At present, the mental health education of college students in our country pays more attention to students' anxiety, depression and other emotional problems. However, there is not enough attention to the boredom in college students and the bad behavior caused by it, and the deep and systematic research is very lacking, according to the existing research at home and abroad. Boredom is harmful to college students' mental health. Under the control of boredom for a long time, college students' time perception will appear deviation, time management level is low, leading to absenteeism, Internet addiction. This study attempts to explore the relationship between boredom and the level of time management in order to alleviate boredom and improve the level of time management of college students. Improve the quality of life on campus to achieve the goal of mental health; At the same time, it also hopes to arouse the attention of college mental health educators to the boredom of college students through this study. This study used the Youth time Management disposition scale and the College students boredom disposition questionnaire. The subjects were from Hunan normal University, Central South University. Full-time undergraduate students in three universities of Central South Forestry Science and Technology University collected 482 valid questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS13.0. The results showed that there were significant differences in the sex of boredom among college students. The level of boredom in male students was significantly higher than that in female students (2) students' boredom was significantly higher than that of female students (P < 0.05), while the level of low boredom was significantly higher than that of female students (P < 0.05), and the difference was extremely significant in the level of time management. The time management level of students with high boredom was significantly lower than that of students with low boredom.
