以省级教育统筹推进教育领域综合改革

【摘要】：正党的十八大报告提出"深化教育领域综合改革",符合教育规律和我国当前教育改革的实际,这既是对改革目标的要求,也是对改革方式的总结。教育是社会大系统的一个子系统,并且是一个越来越重要的子系统,教育改革不能"就教育论教育",必须"跳出教育看教育",从经济社会发展的全局看待教育改革。其次,教育系统本身就是一个复杂的体系,从幼儿教育、初等教育、中等教育到高等教育、继续教育,改革一个方面就会涉及到其他教育,任何一项教育改革,几乎都是综合改革。如何推进教育领域的综合改革,要依靠体制机制创新,其中,加强省级教育统筹是推进综合改革的重要推手。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward "deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education", which accords with the law of education and the reality of the current education reform in China, which is the requirement of the reform goal. Education is a subsystem of the big social system, and is an increasingly important subsystem. Education reform can not "education on education", we must "look at education out of education". Second, the education system itself is a complex system, ranging from early childhood education, primary education, secondary education to higher education, and continuing education. One aspect of reform will involve other education, any education reform, almost all comprehensive reform. How to promote comprehensive reform in the field of education, we must rely on institutional innovation, among them. Strengthening provincial education as a whole is an important driving force in promoting comprehensive reform.
