民办教育培训机构创新管理的探索与研究

【摘要】：摘要：民办教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分，随着市场经济体制的逐步完善，群众对教育的需求不断增长，家长对孩子教育多样化的需要应运而生。改革开放以来，教育事业迅速发展，我国的民办教育也获得了极大发展，民办学校的生存与发展，已成为教育界关注的焦点之一。民办教育培训机构的一个重要组成部分是民办教育。国内外教育理论界对民办教育培训机构没有进行过多的专门研究，只是分散在其他问题的研究中作为一个部分来论述，欠缺对其的深入探索。通过对大量文献的研究发现，民办教育培训机构存在的问题和对策研究比较复杂，与许多深刻的理论背景和实践基础相关联，需要更深入的学术探讨和关注。在调查法和文献法的基础上，对潍坊市奎文区民办教育培训机构的可持续发展做战略上的研究和探索。近年来，伴随着经济社会的发展，一批民办教育培训机构应运而生，并迅速发展壮大。探索出的各种教育模式，适应了广大学生和家长的多元化需求，对现行教育体制也形成了有益的补充。我区的培训机构起步较早，改革开放为他们带来了机遇，他们对社会发展、市场经济以及两个文明建设发挥了重大作用，作出了重要贡献。民办的教育培训是我国教育事业的另一种形式，是现代社会发展的必然产物。奎文区民办教育培训的课程很全面。就教育的辐射面来说，从社会教育、家庭教育到学校教育，从幼儿到老年的培训都有。中国民办教育具有广阔的发展前景和生存空间，具有强大生命力和不可替代的作用，是全面建设小康社会建设学习型社会、完善终身教育体系的主力军。高度关注民办教育机构的发展，，才能使其在经济与社会发展方面发挥更大的作用。通过对潍坊市奎文区民办教育培训机构管理体制的深入研究，比较全面掌握该区民办教育发展的第一手资料，结合本人对民办教育发展基本理论的建设性思考，着重从奎文的实际出发，以小见大，对奎文区民办教育培训机构发展现状做具体分析和研究，具有较强的针对性，对于促进奎文区民办教育健康发展，打造具有奎文特色的民办教育管理模式具有重要意义。

The sustainable development of private education and training institutions in Kuiwen District of Weifang City is studied and explored strategically. Combined with my constructive thinking on the basic theory of private education development, focusing on the reality of Quiwen, through a small part of the overall development of private education and training institutions to do a specific analysis and research. With strong pertinence, it is of great significance to promote the healthy development of private education in Kuiwen District and to build a management mode of private education with Quiwen characteristics.
