硕士生时间管理倾向、社交焦虑与主观幸福感的关系研究

【摘要】:硕士生时间管理是硕士生在运用时间方式上所表现出来的心理和行为特征,是一种人格倾向,它反映了人格特征在时间上的差异。本研究主要针对研究生教育模式下的硕士生群体的时间管理进行研究,并进一步探讨硕士和学士阶段的学生群体在时间管理方面是否存在差异,研究选取了两个与时间管理倾向相关的变量:社交焦虑、主观幸福感进行考察。 为了探讨硕士生时间管理倾向、社交焦虑与主观幸福感的关系,本研究采用问卷形式对330名硕士生进行施测,通过数据分析得出硕士生时间管理倾向、社交焦虑与主观幸福感的关系。 结果表明:(1)在时间管理倾向水平上,硕士生的时间管理倾向处于中等偏上水平。硕士生的时间管理倾向在性别、专业、生源地上没有显著性差异,不同年级硕士生在时间价值感上表现为三年级硕士生时间价值感显著高于二年级硕士生。 (2)在社交焦虑水平上,硕士生社交焦虑处于中等水平。硕士生的社交焦虑在性别、年级、专业、生源地上没有显著性差异。 (3)在主观幸福感水平上,硕士生主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平。硕士生的主观幸福感在专业水平上没有显著性差异,在性别水平上,,男生的家庭满意度、学校满意度和环境满意度均显著高于女硕士生,在年级水平上,一年级、三年级硕士生的环境满意度显著高于二年级硕士生,在生源地水平上,除学校满意度、环境满意度外,城镇硕士生在主观幸福感及各个维度上的满意度均显著高于农村硕士生。 (4)硕士生时间管理倾向和主观幸福感之间存显著正相关,对主观幸福感的预测力较强,硕士生社交焦虑和主观幸福感之间存在显著负相关,对主观幸福感的预测力较弱,其中时间效能感、社交苦恼、时间监控观能够共同预测主观幸福感。
[Abstract]:The time management of master students is the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the master students in the use of time. It is a kind of personality tendency and reflects the difference of personality characteristics in time. This study mainly focuses on the time management of master students in the postgraduate education model, and further discusses whether there are differences in time management between master and bachelor students. The study selected two variables related to time management tendency: social anxiety and subjective well-being. In order to explore the relationship among time management disposition, social anxiety and subjective well-being, 330 master students were tested by questionnaire, and their time management tendencies were obtained by data analysis. The relationship between social anxiety and subjective well-being. The results show that: (1) at the level of time management tendency, the time management tendency of master students is at the middle level. There was no significant difference in time management tendency of master students in gender, specialty and source. The sense of time value of the third grade master students is significantly higher than that of the second grade master students. (2) in the level of social anxiety, the social anxiety of the master students is in the middle level. There is no significant difference in social anxiety among gender, grade, major and student. (3) in the level of subjective well-being, the subjective well-being of master students is at the middle level. There was no significant difference in subjective well-being of master students in professional level. In gender level, male students' family satisfaction, school satisfaction and environmental satisfaction were significantly higher than that of female master students. The environmental satisfaction of the third grade master students was significantly higher than that of the second grade master students. The degree of satisfaction of urban master students in subjective well-being and various dimensions was significantly higher than that of rural master students. (4) there was a significant positive correlation between time management tendency and subjective well-being of master students, and the predictive power of subjective well-being was stronger. There is a significant negative correlation between social anxiety and subjective well-being of graduate students, but the predictive power of subjective well-being is weak, in which time efficacy, social distress, time monitoring can jointly predict subjective well-being.
