论班主任研究学生的能力——聚焦班主任的专业能力之一

【摘要】:正班主任是具体教育的主动创造者,而不是简单的操作工和被动的执行者;是教育者,而不仅仅是管理者;是教师团队的领导者,而不是简单地为学科教学服务的人。上述角色定位,必然要求班主任具有相应的专业能力。研究学生的能力,是班主任专业能力结构中的首要构成。这源于对班主任工作专业性的认识,"从班主任工作中最基本的人、事及其关系的意义上看,班主任工作专业性表
[Abstract]:The head teacher is the active creator of the concrete education, not the simple operator and the passive executor; the educator, not the manager; the leader of the teaching team, not the person who serves the subject teaching simply. The above-mentioned role orientation, must require the head teacher to have the corresponding professional ability. Studying students' ability is the most important component in the structure of class teacher's professional ability. This comes from the understanding of the professionalism of the work of the head teacher, "from the most basic person, matter and its relationship in the work of the head teacher, the professional table of the work of the teacher in charge of the class."
