美国教师教育的第二条道路:争议中的选择性教师证书项目

【摘要】:20世纪80年代的美国,政治意识形态的偏好、教师短缺和政治压力等因素促成了选择性教师证书项目的产生。支持者认为,选择性教师证书项目从根本上重构了教师培养方式,培养质量超过了传统的教师教育,解决了教师短缺尤其是少数族裔教师短缺的问题。反对者提出,选择性教师证书项目降低了对教师专业化的要求,即破坏了教师教育专业,破坏了教学专业化的努力。双方形成了争议。
[Abstract]:In the 1980s, the preference of political ideology, shortage of teachers and political pressure contributed to the emergence of selective teacher certificate program. Supporters believe that the selective teacher certificate project fundamentally reconstructs the way of teacher training, and the quality of training exceeds that of traditional teacher education, which solves the shortage of teachers, especially the shortage of teachers from ethnic minorities. Opponents propose that the selective teacher certificate project reduces the requirement of teacher specialization, that is, it destroys the teacher education specialty and undermines the teaching specialization efforts. There was a dispute between the two sides.
