大学生休闲教育的心理健康价值探究

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪以来,我国社会不断发展进步,社会必要劳动时间不断缩短,已经在一定意义上进入了发达国家学者所描述的休闲时代。在中国大陆,大学生每年拥有超过三分之一的闲暇时间,但大学生的休闲状况并不尽如人意,亟待指导。从相关研究看,一方面,目前中国大陆对大学生休闲教育的研究主要集中在思想政治教育、人的全面发展、素质教育和校园文化等视角;中国台湾地区的大学休闲教育研究主要集中在对休闲满意度的实证研究和探讨上;而鲜有对大学生休闲教育心理健康价值方面的研究。另一方面,近年来的研究成果一再表明,高校大学生的心理健康状况亟待指导,心理健康教育在保持原有模式的同时,也亟待突破瓶颈,寻求新的方法和手段。本文对休闲教育心理健康价值的探究,正是为促进大学生心理健康寻求新的视角和载体的一种积极尝试。 本论文共分为五个部分: 第一部分,分析了国内外休闲,休闲教育,大学生休闲教育等的研究历史与现状、存在的问题,并重点对其心理健康价值的相关研究进行了探讨。 第二部分,界定了大学生休闲教育的相关概念,并从追溯了休闲教育的三个主要理论来源:即马克思关于休闲的思想、纽曼的博雅教育和游戏价值学说。 第三部分,通过社会调查,从实证的角度调查和分析了当前大学生休闲的状况、大学生休闲行为与休闲体验的相关性、休闲教育的主要途径,了解了大学生在休闲方面的特点和误区,以及上述状况对大学生心理健康直接和间接的影响。 第四部分,以新的视角,,从大学生正确心理认知、情绪情感的正面导向、自我认同、良好意志品质、与他人及社会的互动和大学生精神和谐统一出发,探讨了大学生休闲教育作用于大学生心理发展的内容与机制。 第五部分,从理论层面和宏观层面看,认为被教育者个体和教育主体的认知偏差、大学休闲教育实践的误区,家庭的负面“心理遗传”,学校朋辈和社会思潮的负面影响等,都是阻碍大学生休闲教育心理健康价值实现的负面因素;提出了心理健康视角下大学生休闲教育的完善的对策:包括加强相关理论研究和师资培养、建立更多的专业研究机构、将休闲教育纳入公共类课程、广泛开展大学生休闲教育活动、以及从学校、社区到社会的大学生休闲教育的环境建设等。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, our society has been developing and making progress, and the necessary labor time has been shortened, which has entered the leisure time described by the scholars in developed countries in a certain sense. In mainland China, college students have more than 1/3 leisure time every year. On the one hand, the research on leisure education of college students in mainland China is mainly focused on ideological and political education, all-round development of human beings, quality education and campus culture. The research on leisure education in Taiwan is mainly focused on the empirical research and discussion on leisure satisfaction, but there is little research on the psychological health value of leisure education for college students. On the other hand, the research results in recent years have repeatedly indicated that the mental health status of college students is in urgent need of guidance. While maintaining the original mode, mental health education also needs to break through the bottleneck and seek new methods and means. This article explores the value of mental health in leisure education, which is an active attempt to seek a new perspective and carrier for promoting the mental health of college students. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part, analyzes the domestic and foreign leisure, leisure education, college students leisure education research history and current situation, existing problems, The related research on its mental health value is also discussed. The second part defines the related concepts of college students' leisure education, and traces the three main theoretical sources of leisure education: Marx's thought on leisure, Newman's theory of Boya education and the theory of game value. The third part, through social investigation, from the perspective of empirical investigation and analysis of the current situation of college students' leisure, the relationship between leisure behavior and leisure experience, the main ways of leisure education. The characteristics and misunderstandings of college students in leisure and their direct and indirect effects on college students' mental health were studied. The fourth part, from a new perspective, from the college students' correct psychological cognition, emotional positive guidance, self-identification, good will quality, interaction with others and society and the harmonious unity of college students' spirit. This paper probes into the content and mechanism of college students'leisure education acting on the psychological development of college students. The fifth part, from the theory level and the macroscopic level, thinks that the cognitive deviation of the educated individual and the main body of education, the misunderstanding of the college leisure education practice, the negative "psychological inheritance" of the family, the negative influence of the school peer and the social trend of thought, etc. It is the negative factor that hinders the realization of the psychological health value of college students' leisure education, and puts forward the perfect countermeasures of the college students' leisure education from the perspective of mental health: strengthening the relevant theoretical research and teacher training, establishing more professional research institutions, Leisure education should be integrated into public courses, and college students' leisure education activities should be widely carried out, as well as the environmental construction of leisure education for college students from school, community to society.
