关注教师教学信念发展

【摘要】:正教师专业发展的重要性和必要性已经得到普遍认同,目前需要深入研究的是究竟如何实现教师的专业发展,并将教师的专业发展从关注外显的行为表现逐渐转向内隐的教师思考、教师信念等方面的持续发展。
[Abstract]:The importance and necessity of the professional development of teachers have been generally recognized. At present, what needs to be studied in depth is how to realize the professional development of teachers. And the professional development of teachers from paying attention to explicit behavior gradually to implicit teacher thinking, teacher beliefs and other aspects of sustainable development.
