高中生自尊对自我妨碍的影响及其干预研究

【摘要】:自尊作为一种重要的人格特质,一直以来都是心理学家关注的焦点课题,自尊在高中生心理健康中扮演着重要的角色。自我妨碍是在自尊受到威胁时,保护或提升个体自尊的一种策略,从总体上看,这是一种不良的应对方式。自我妨碍与自尊有着不可分割的联系。 进入高中阶段的学生,将面临越来越多的评价,因此,,本研究以高中生为被试。本文包括两个研究。研究一通过创设不同的评价情境,探讨高中生的自尊水平对两类自我妨碍的影响,即自陈式自我妨碍和行为式自我妨碍。评价情境包括社会评价情境、中性评价情境和自我评价情境。研究二以研究一的结论为理论依托,确定出提高自尊的团体心理训练方案。以自尊发展较低的学生为被试,对10名低自尊个体进行团体心理训练,探讨自尊团体心理训练对自我妨碍的影响,试图寻求更有效的途经以降低自我妨碍策略的应用。研究结论如下: (1)自尊水平的主效应显著,即高中生自尊水平对行为式自我妨碍有显著影响;评价情境的主效应显著,即不同的评价情境对高中学生行为式自我妨碍有显著影响;自尊水平和评价情境在行为式自我妨碍上有显著的交互作用。但是,自尊水平和评价情境对高中生的自陈式自我妨碍的均没有显著影响。 (2)自尊团体心理训练在有效提高高中生自尊水平后,学生的自我妨碍也显著下降。
[Abstract]:As an important personality trait, self-esteem has always been the focus of psychologists. Self-esteem plays an important role in the mental health of high school students. Self-handicapping is a strategy to protect or promote individual self-esteem when self-esteem is threatened. In general, it is a bad coping style. Self-handicapping is inextricably linked to self-esteem. Students who enter high school will face more and more comments. Therefore, this study takes high school students as subjects. This paper includes two studies. In the first study, the influence of high school students' self-esteem level on two types of self-handicapping, namely self-handicapping and behavioral self-handicapping, was explored by creating different evaluation situations. The evaluation situation includes social evaluation situation, neutral evaluation situation and self-evaluation situation. Based on the conclusion of the first study, the second study establishes a group psychological training program to improve self-esteem. Taking the students with low self-esteem development as subjects, 10 individuals with low self-esteem were trained in group psychology to explore the influence of group psychological training on self-handicapping, and to seek more effective ways to reduce the application of self-handicapping strategies. The results are as follows: (1) the main effect of self-esteem level is significant, that is, the self-esteem level of high school students has a significant impact on behavioral self-handicapping; The main effect of evaluation situation is significant, that is, different evaluation situation has significant influence on behavioral self-handicapping of senior high school students, and self-esteem level and evaluation situation have significant interaction on behavioral self-handicapping. However, self-esteem and evaluation situation had no significant effect on self-handicapping of high school students. (2) Self-esteem group psychological training can effectively improve high school students' self-esteem level, students' self-handicap also decreased significantly.
