单元设计:撬动课堂转型的一个支点

【摘要】:《中国学生发展核心素养》要求广大课程开发者或一线教师以课程框架构建为支撑,在"核心素养—课程标准(学科素养/跨学科素养)—单元设计—学习评价"这一链环中展开运作。单元设计在这一教育活动基本链环中,处于关键地位。单元设计教学是一种思维方式的转变,拓展了学生认识世界的广度和深度,增进学生的学力与学习,实现了课程改革从知识为本向以学生发展为本的转变。单元设计成为撬动课堂转型的支点:以教材统整为着眼点,实现教师多元性对话;目标导向,层层递进;活动推进,兴趣互动;精准指导,教学实效性增值。
[Abstract]:The core accomplishment of Chinese students' development requires that the majority of curriculum developers or first-line teachers be supported by the construction of curriculum framework. Operate in the chain of "Core Literacy-Curriculum Standards (subject Literacy / Interdisciplinary Literacy)-Unit Design-Learning Evaluation". Unit design plays a key role in the basic link of this educational activity. Unit design teaching is a change of thinking mode, which expands the breadth and depth of students' understanding of the world, enhances students' learning ability and learning ability, and realizes the transformation of curriculum reform from knowledge based to students' development. Unit design has become the fulcrum of the transformation of crowning classroom: the teaching material integration as the starting point, the realization of pluralistic dialogue of teachers; goal-oriented, layers of progressive; activity promotion, interest interaction; accurate guidance, teaching effectiveness added value.
