教师低收入之伤

【摘要】：正教师收入低所引起的负面效应是全方位的:一方面,部分教师为了增加收入,乱收费者有之,乱办班者有之,索礼者有之。这些教师个体的不良行为常常被放大成整个教师队伍的不良行为,拉低了教师整体师德水平,也损害了教师的公众形象。另一方面,收入低直接导致了教师队伍的不稳定。农村的好教师想办法调进县城,县城的好教师想办法调到都市,甚至大批有能力的教师干脆转行了。于是,教师队伍的整体素质下降了一截!
[Abstract]:The negative effects caused by the low income of positive teachers are omnidirectional: on the one hand, some teachers collect fees in order to increase their income, those who randomly manage classes have them, and those who ask for gifts have them. The individual bad behavior of these teachers is often magnified into the bad behavior of the whole teaching team, which lowers the teachers' overall teachers' moral level and damages the public image of the teachers. On the other hand, low income directly leads to the instability of teachers. Good teachers from rural areas find a way to transfer to county towns, and good teachers from county towns find ways to transfer to the city, and even a large number of competent teachers simply switch jobs. As a result, the overall quality of the teacher team has declined by a section!
