深圳市宝安区小学生校园心理暴力行为干预研究

【摘要】:目的评价不同干预措施对小学生校园心理暴力的干预效果。方法采用分层整群抽样方法 ,以深圳市宝安区3~5年级3 843名小学生为研究对象,并随机分为生活技能,行为强化,健康教育和对照组。干预前后分别进行问卷调查。按1∶1∶1多组平行对照试验,分别对干预组学生实施健康教育、生活技能教育和行为强化干预,对照组为常规教学管理,1年后进行效果评估。结果调查3 843名小学生,校园心理暴力行为发生率为78.7%。干预后学生人群的认知评分为(57.7±5.8)分,高于干预前(54.4±8.5)分,其中除健康教育组外,干预组认知评分高于对照组。干预后学生校园心理暴力(67.0%)低于干预前(78.7%),且干预组校园暴力发生率均低于对照组。结论深圳市宝安区小学生校园心理暴力行为发生普遍,各干预措施在降低心理暴力行为发生、改善暴力认知方面效果较好;建立以健康教育为基础,行为强化和生活技能干预为辅的校园暴力干预模式,将有效遏制我国当前校园暴力严峻形势。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of different intervention measures on psychological violence in primary school students. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to study 3 843 pupils of grade 3 / 5 in Baoan District of Shenzhen City. They were randomly divided into life skills, behavior enhancement, health education and control group. Questionnaires were conducted before and after intervention. According to 1:1:1 multi-group parallel control trial, health education, life skills education and behavior strengthening intervention were given to students in the intervention group, and routine teaching management was used in the control group, and the effect was evaluated one year later. Results among 3 843 primary school students, the incidence of psychological violence on campus was 78.7%. After intervention, the cognitive score of the students was (57.7 卤5.8), which was higher than that of the pre-intervention (54.4 卤8.5). Except for the health education group, the cognitive score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group. After intervention, the psychological violence in campus (67.0%) was lower than that before intervention (78.7%), and the incidence of campus violence in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion the psychological violence behavior of primary school students in Baoan District of Shenzhen City is widespread, and the intervention measures can reduce the occurrence of psychological violence and improve the cognition of violence. The establishment of a school violence intervention model based on health education and supplemented by behavior strengthening and life skills intervention will effectively curb the current severe situation of campus violence in China.
