翻转课堂的误区与防止策略

【摘要】:翻转课堂是指让学生按照学习进度在家中完成知识的学习,然后在课堂上与教师、同学一起解决疑问。实践表明,翻转课堂的实施为课堂教学模式转型提供了契机,但在实施过程中也出现了一些误区,如误认为录制微课就是实施翻转课堂、翻转课堂会增加学生负担、使教师失去了讲课的作用、会制造更多"学困生"等。要避免这些误区,可以采取以下策略:把课堂变成"双态"课堂,静态课堂要有严格的学习任务,动态课堂上教师要精讲,激励、评价制度贯穿翻转课堂始终等。
[Abstract]:Flipping the classroom refers to allowing students to complete the study of knowledge at home according to the progress of learning, and then work with teachers and students to solve questions in the classroom. The practice shows that the implementation of reversal classroom provides an opportunity for the transformation of classroom teaching mode, but there are also some misunderstandings in the process of implementation, such as mistakenly thinking that recording micro-class is the implementation of reverse classroom, flipping the classroom will increase the burden of students, make teachers lose the role of lecture, and create more "students with learning difficulties" and so on. In order to avoid these misunderstandings, the following strategies can be taken: turning the classroom into a "duplex" classroom, the static classroom should have strict learning tasks, the teachers should speak carefully in the dynamic classroom, the incentive, the evaluation system should run through the reversal classroom, and so on.
