发挥教师的中介作用,激发和维持学生的学习动机

动机被认为是学习过程中最重要的因素,只有当学习者想学习时,学习才能有效。毋庸置疑,动机与学习紧密相连。然而,传统意义上教师的角色在一定程度上阻碍了动机的全面发展,因而不能使学习效果最大化。教师充当什么角色才能最好地激发和维持学生的学习动机呢? 社会建构主义提出了“中介”理论和“中介者”的概念。他们认为:有效学习的秘密在于中介者与学习者社会性的互动,作为中介者,教师能激发和维持学习者的外在动机和内在动机,从而使学习者向着自主化学习的方向迈进。 全文分为五章: 第一章简要论述了研究动机和教师作用的重要性,提出了此篇论文要研究的问题;第二章,第三章分别对动机理论及中介理论进行了探讨,提出了教师要作为中介者去激发和维持学习者动机的假设;第四章介绍了为了论证此假设而进行的实验; 第五章探讨了“教师作为中介者激发和维持学生学习动机”这一想法给外语教学带来的启示;第六章是结论部分。
