H省A市幼儿园利用家庭、社区教育资源的研究

【摘要】: 国内外许多研究表明,加强幼儿园与家庭、社区的密切联系,对幼儿的全面发展、幼儿园办园质量的提高有着积极的影响。 H省A市幼儿园有哪些可以利用的家庭、社区资源?利用情况怎样?如何有效利用?研究者认为,研究这些问题,无论是从理论层面还是从实践层面来讲都具有十分重要的意义。 本研究在参考国内外学者研究的基础上,以人类发展的生态学理论、自我概念理论、多元智能理论为理论基础,采用调查研究的方法,选取了A市所属四个区的15所幼儿园作为研究对象,通过访谈法、问卷法、文献法对所研究的问题进行了资料收集和分析。研究虽有可取之处,但也存在很多不足,需要做大量的后续研究加以完善。 研究结果表明,A市幼儿园家长工作富有成效:(1)注重家长工作制度建设;(2)注重加强与家长的联系;(3)注重构筑和谐的家园关系;(4)注重运用多种家长联系方式;(5)注重利用家长资源。 研究结果表明,A市幼儿园资源利用明显不足:(1)对家庭、社区资源的重要性认识不足;(2)家、园合作共育表面化现象严重;(3)家、园沟通不够顺畅;(4)资源利用率不高;(5)缺乏家、园、社区有效结合的实践经验;(6)幼教工作者的整体素质有待提升。 对此,研究者提出如下建议:(1)注重加强各方联系,寻求上级行政支持;(2)更新幼教管理理念,深化家园合作共育;(3)转变幼教工作思路,,畅通家园联系路径;(4)采取多种有效措施,拓宽资源利用渠道;(5)争创资源利用特色,打造新型发展模式;(6)加强理论技能培训,促进人员素质提升。
[Abstract]:Many studies at home and abroad have shown that strengthening the close relationship between kindergarten and family and community has a positive impact on the all-round development of children and the quality improvement of kindergartens.
What are the families that can be used in kindergartens in A City, H province? How do they utilize their resources? How can they be effectively utilized? Researchers believe that studying these problems is of great importance both theoretically and practically.
This study is based on the reference of domestic and foreign scholars on the ecology of human development theory, self concept theory, multiple intelligence theory, using the method of investigation and research, selected the A city belong to 15 kindergartens in four areas as the research object, through interviews, questionnaires, literature method. Data collection and analysis of the problem. Although the research is desirable, but there are also many problems, need to do a follow-up study to be improved.
The research results show that the work of parents in kindergartens in A city is effective: (1) pay attention to the construction of parental work system; (2) pay attention to strengthening the relationship with parents; (3) focus on building a harmonious home relationship; (4) pay attention to the use of a variety of parental contacts; (5) pay attention to the use of parent resources.
The results show that the A kindergarten resource utilization is obviously insufficient: (1) to the family, to understand the importance of community resources; (2), park cooperation surface phenomenon; (3), park communication is not smooth; (4) resource utilization rate is not high; (5) the lack of home. Park, the effective combination of community practice; (6) the overall quality of teachers needs to be improved.
In this regard, the research suggestions are as follows: (1) strengthen the parties, seek administrative support; (2) to update the preschool education management concept, deepen their cooperation co education; (3) change of preschool education ideas, open home contact path; (4) take various effective measures to broaden the channels for the use of resources; (5) the characteristics of striving for resources, create new development mode; (6) strengthen the theoretical skills training, promote to improve the quality of personnel.
