澳大利亚资格框架等级标准评析

【摘要】:开发现代资格框架成为世界许多国家提升人力资源开发水平和推进终身学习的一个重要途径。澳大利亚1995年引入资格框架,2009年将部门资格框架整合为含有10个等级的以学习结果为导向的总体框架,从知识、技能及知识和技能运用三个维度描述等级标准,体现出层级性、嵌套性和等值性的特点。
[Abstract]:Developing a modern qualification framework has become an important way for many countries in the world to improve the level of human resources development and promote lifelong learning. Australia introduced the qualification framework in 1995. In 2009, it integrated the departmental qualification framework into a overall framework with 10 grades of learning results oriented, using three from knowledge, skills, knowledge and skills. Each dimension describes the grade standard, which embodies the characteristics of hierarchy, nesting and equivalence.
