公安消防部队新入警地方大学生培训期心理健康状况及其相关影响因素研究

【摘要】:目的:了解新入警地方大学生培训初期、培训末期和整个培训期参训学员普遍存在的心理健康状态、心理特点及其变化情况;研究入警培训对参训学员心理健康的影响,发现参训学员心理健康存在的问题,并对参训学员心理健康的相关影响因素进行研究,并针对性的提出建议和措施,为进一步改进今后地方大学生接收、入警训练部门制定入警培训计划、人才培养和入警培训后参加消防各项工作提供科学依据和指导。 方法:采取整群抽样方法,以参加2009年入警培训的地方大学生学员为主体,进行随机取样,调查对象共计371名。采用自编地方大学生入警培训调查问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90),以问卷评定、座谈了解、个别谈心等方法,分二个阶段进行调研。第一阶段对研究对象在入警培训2周左右进行施测地方大学生入警培训调查问卷和SCL-90。第二阶段在入警培训结束前对研究对象再次施测问卷和SCL-90。所有的数据经过整理后录入数据库,采用SPSS13.0软件对资料进行统计分析。 结果:1、地方大学生入警培训前SCL-90因子得分与军人常模相比,除去躯体化和恐怖因子外,其他强迫、人际关系、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性等因子得分均低于军人常模(P0.01)。地方大学生心理健康状态明显优于军人。与全国常模相比,除去人际关系、焦虑和偏执3个因子外,学员在躯体化因子、恐怖和精神病性因子分较高,但在强迫、忧郁、敌对等因子得分低于全国常模,差别有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。 2、大学生入警培训后因子得分与军人常模比较,各因子分均较低,心理健康明显优于军人常模;与全国常模相比,除恐怖因子外,其余躯体化、强迫、人际关系、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性等因子得分均低于全国常模,差别有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。 3、地方大学生学员入警参训后,通过政治业务理论学习、军事体能训练、技能和拓展训练,学员身体素质得到提高,意志品质得到强化。绝大部分学员具有较好的心理适应能力,独立学习、生活能力得到了较大提高。对加入消防部队的认同感逐渐提高,对成为一名消防警官感到自豪。通过比较培训前后的SCL-90得分,可以看出培训后学员心理健康水平较培训前有了明显改善,说明入警培训对大学生的心理健康起到了积极作用。 结论:新入警地方大学生总体心理健康水平较好,特别是在培训后心理健康水平得到进一步提升,体现了地方大学生选拔和培训的质量都比较高;但在入警培训后仍有部分学员出现不同程度的心理障碍和适应不良,说明良好的心理健康对于地方大学生的成长进步十分重要;同时性别、政治面貌、独生子女、学历和成长环境的不同,也影响到学员的心理健康表现。因此提出加强和改善参训地方大学生心理健康问题的建议:①严把大学生接收生源关。②改革地方大学生入警招收模式。③进一步提高管理干部的文化素质和领导水平。④科学制定军事体能训练,适当调配训练与自由时间,实现劳逸结合。⑤开设心理课程,应适当增加心理学专业知识在所有教学内容中的比例,普及心理知识,提升心理自救能力。⑥成立专业心理疏导队伍,完善心理干预机制。⑦拓宽沟通渠道,及时为学员排忧解难。
