班主任与班级管理

【摘要】:当今的学校教育正处于迅速发展时期,教育体制改革的进一步推进,素质教育的全面实施,二期课改的逐步深化,教育公平的快速实行,教师专业化的不断推进,绩效工资改革的初步尝试……,这一切都对学校的教育教学工作提出了更高的要求。班级是学校教育的一个组织概念和管理单位,班级管理的成功与否一定程度上决定着整个学校教育教学的质量。因此,探讨班主任和班级管理问题关系重大,意义深远。 本论文从笔者所在地区班主任和班级管理的现状着手,通过大量的理论研究,提出了班主任的职能及班级管理的策略。全文共分四个部分。第一部分首先提出了撰写此文的目的,然后对“班级”、“班集体”、“班主任”、“班级管理”等概念进行解释,再此基础上解释了研究此文的现实意义:素质教育的需要,提升班主任队伍质量的需要,促进学生全面发展的需要。最后对国内外文献进行了综述。第二部分,对当前的班主任队伍和班级管理的现状进行了调查分析,并针对其存在的问题分析其原因。第三部分,在分析班级管理中的师生观的基础上,结合前面的现状分析提出了新时期班主任的管理角色:班级发展的引导者,班级运行的指挥者,班级沟通的促进者,班级管理的示范者。第四部分,综述当前班级管理中存在的种种矛盾和问题,提出了班级管理的策略:营造人和的管理环境,抓班级工作的重点,把权力下放给学生,运用刚柔相济的管理手段。 本论文能做到理论与实践紧密结合,既采用大量的数据、表格、案例来说明问题,又运用大量的管理理论来分析利弊,摆事实,讲道理,具有说服力。
[Abstract]:Today's school education is in a period of rapid development. With the further development of the educational system reform, the overall implementation of quality education, the gradual deepening of the second phase of curriculum reform, the rapid implementation of education fairness, and the continuous promotion of teacher specialization, The primary attempt of the reform of performance pay, all these put forward higher request to the school's education and teaching work. Class is an organizational concept and management unit of school education. To some extent, the success of class management determines the quality of the whole school education and teaching. Therefore, it is of great significance to discuss the problem of class teacher and class management. This paper starts with the present situation of class teacher and class management in my district, and puts forward the function of class teacher and the strategy of class management through a lot of theoretical research. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part first puts forward the purpose of writing this article, then explains the concepts of "class", "class collective", "class teacher" and "class management", and then explains the practical significance of studying this article: the need of quality education. The need to improve the quality of the class teacher team and promote the overall development of students. Finally, the literature at home and abroad is summarized. In the second part, the author investigates and analyzes the current situation of class management and the existing problems. The third part, on the basis of analyzing the teachers and students view in the class management, combined with the analysis of the present situation, the author puts forward the management role of the class teacher in the new period: the leader of the class development, the commander of the class operation, the promoter of the class communication. A model of class management. The fourth part summarizes all kinds of contradictions and problems existing in the current class management, and puts forward the strategies of class management: creating the management environment of the harmony of people, grasping the emphasis of the class work, devolving the power to the students, and applying the management means of "strong and soft". This paper can combine theory with practice closely, not only using a large number of data, tables, cases to explain the problem, but also using a large number of management theory to analyze the pros and cons, lay out the facts, reason, persuasive.
