论教育家办学精神的时代意义与推进措施

【摘要】："教育家办学"的思想是温家宝总理提出来的。教育家办学是我国基础教育由粗放型向精细型转化的需要,是真正推进素质教育全面实施的需要,是基础教育回归"人本"的需要。推进教育家办学需要不断地培养和造就教育家,在全社会大力宣传教育家,形成尊重教育家的良好氛围;国家应在推动教育家办学的过程中扮演重要角色,给办学者以充分的自主权。目前我国基础教育正在从规模数量化向质量精品化方向发展,"不仅能上学,更要上好学"已经成为广大人民的迫切愿望"。教育家办学"思想的提出,不仅回应了广大人民群众的心声,同时也为基础教育的科学发展指明了方向。
[Abstract]:The thought of "educator running a school" was put forward by Premier Wen Jiabao. The educator running a school is the need of transforming the basic education from extensive type to fine type, the need of promoting the all-round implementation of quality education, and the need of returning basic education to "humanism". To promote the education of educationalists, we should train and bring up educationalists constantly, propagate them vigorously in the whole society, and form a good atmosphere of respecting educationalists. The state should play an important role in the process of promoting educationalists and give the scholars full autonomy. At present, the basic education of our country is developing from scale quantification to quality. "not only can we go to school, but also we should study well" has become the urgent desire of the broad masses of the people. The idea of "educator running a school" not only responds to the aspirations of the masses, but also points out the direction for the scientific development of basic education.
