【摘要】：正校长是一校之长,承担对学校事业发展和学生健康成长的重大责任,负责对学校人、财、物、事、时的管理,综合协调涉及学校正常运行和和谐发展的各个要素,确保学校内"人尽其才、物尽其用",促进学校可持续发展。如上所说,校长所要管的事虽然很多,但对教学的定位、认识和管理,应该说能反映一个校长的管理理念和管理能力。学校教育的核心是教书育人,教学是学校的中心工作,教学工作的实施水平反映一个学校的整体办学质量。
[Abstract]:The principal is the chief of a school. He is responsible for the development of the school's career and the healthy growth of the students. He is responsible for the management of the school's people, money, things, time and time. Comprehensive coordination involves the normal operation and harmonious development of the school, ensuring that "people use their talents to the best of their ability" and promoting the sustainable development of the school. As mentioned above, the principal has a lot to manage. However, the orientation, understanding and management of teaching should reflect a principal's management concept and ability.
