【摘要】：通过对某大学医疗系本科1984～1993年间全部在册学生因病休学情况进行了回顾性调查，结果表明，因病休学人数占总数的9．02‰。疾病的发生集中在低年级（90％），主要诱因为学习压力较大，环境适应障碍，，自我保健意识淡薄而引起的精神性疾病最多，传染性疾病占相当比例。笔者认为大学应普及心理学教育及心理咨询，预防或减少症病的发生和发展。
