校长思想的意味——基于教育现象学的视角

【摘要】："有思想的校长"、"校长要有思想"是长期和广泛存在的命题,并且成为越来越多的校长生存和发展的重要问题。本文采用教育现象学的方法,对李希贵校长发表在《人民教育》的10余篇"学校管理沉思录"进行主题分析,阐释了校长思想在教育生活中的三种意味:自我觉醒、真相理解、现实批判,进一步回答了校长思想到底是什么、有思想和没有思想有何不同的问题。
[Abstract]:"the principal with thought", "the principal wants to have the thought" is a long-term and widespread proposition, and has become an important problem for more and more principals to survive and develop. This paper adopts the method of educational phenomenology. Based on the thematic analysis of more than 10 "School Management Meditation" published by President Li Xigui in "people's Education", this paper explains the three meanings of the principal's thoughts in educational life: self-awakening, truth understanding and reality criticism. The author further answered the question of what is the principal's thought and what is the difference between having thought and not thinking.
