云南省学校健康教育效果的初步评价

【摘要】：目的：了解学校健康教育对青少年的影响。方法：用问卷调查法对分层整群随机抽取的8个地区28所中学的3595名青少年作艾滋病（AIDS）、结核病（TB）、肝炎、贫血、慢性病知识和烟、酒、运动行为的诊断；并对其作母亲职业、文化程度和社会背景进行调查。结果：青少年对AIDS、TB及肝炎的概念和传播途径的知晓率分别为89．01％、68．29％、85．56％和76．38％、72．41％、37．72％～59．55％；了解慢性非传染性疾病及预防措施的为81．42％和63．76％，了解青少年贫血主要原因者仅54．3％。在知识的掌握度上具有高中＞初中并与母亲所处社会阶层有关的特征。在烟酒滥用率上具有男＞女特征[男周吸烟率和既往醉酒率（25．28％、41．11％）明显高于女（10．68％、19．99％）]，而缺乏运动以女生为甚。结论：云南省学校健康教育离青少年健康需求仍有较大差距，其母较低的文化水平加重了青少年对学校健康教育的依赖。因此完善学校健康促进规划势在必行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the effect of school health education on adolescents. Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted on 3 595 adolescents from 28 middle schools in 8 districts randomly selected by stratified cluster to receive AIDSX, TB TBX, hepatitis, anemia, chronic disease knowledge, tobacco and alcohol. The diagnosis of sports behavior; the profession of motherhood. The educational level and social background were investigated. Results: the awareness rates of AIDSTB and the concept and transmission of hepatitis were 89.01% and 76.38%, 72.41% and 37.72%, respectively; 81.42% and 63.7665% for chronic non-communicable diseases and prevention measures, respectively, and 85.56% and 76.38% for anemia in adolescents. The main reason is only 54.3. The knowledge mastery has the characteristics of senior middle school, junior middle school and social class related to mother. The smoking rate and drunken rate of alcohol and tobacco abuse rate are significantly higher than that of women [male weekly smoking rate and previous drunkenness rate 25.28%] are significantly higher than that of women. Conclusion: there is still a big gap between health education and adolescent health demand in Yunnan Province. The low educational level of their mothers has increased the dependence of teenagers on school health education, so it is imperative to perfect the school health promotion plan.
