【摘要】:随着全球信息化和科学技术的飞速发展,多元文化教育已成为当今世界教育的热点问题之一,它既是一股强劲的理论思潮,也是一场深刻的实践变革。多元文化教育是基于文化平等与社会民主的文化多元主义理念的,它以各种方式在西方的学校中得以倡导和实施。我国社会经济发展和教育发展的大趋势都对我们提出了迫切要求,加强国内教师对多元文化教育的理解、培养幼儿教师多元文化教育意识已势在必行。本文在对我区幼儿教师多元文化意识评估的基础上,对影响教师多元文化意识的因素进行了深入分析,为构建教师多元文化意识培养课程提供了思路。全文共分三大部分: 第一部分:提出问题(第一章)。阐述了本研究的背景,说明了本研究的目的、意义和方法,并对相关研究进行了文献综述。 第二部分:分析问题(第二章—第四章)。采用问卷调查、观察和访谈的研究方法,对N市Z区的幼儿教师多元文化意识水平(对社会文化多元性的看法、对多元文化教育的态度以及教师对外来务工人员、农村幼儿的教育态度)进行了较为全面的评估,客观地描述了幼儿教师多元文化意识水平现状,揭示了存在的问题及影响因素。 第三部分:解决问题(第五章—第六章)。在调研的基础上从政治学、文化学和心理学角度对教师多元文化意识水平影响因素进行理论探究,并对幼儿教师多元文化意识培养课程的构建提供有益的思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global information and science and technology, multicultural education has become one of the hot issues of education in the world, which is a strong theoretical trend of thought. Multicultural education is based on the concept of cultural equality and social democracy. It can be advocated and implemented in western schools in various ways. The general trend of social and economic development and educational development in China has put forward an urgent need for us to strengthen the understanding of multicultural education among teachers in China. It is imperative to cultivate the awareness of multicultural education of preschool teachers. On the basis of the assessment of multicultural awareness of preschool teachers in our district, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the factors affecting teachers' multicultural awareness. It provides a way to construct the curriculum of teachers' multicultural consciousness. The thesis is divided into three parts: The first part: put forward the question (Chapter 1). The background of this study is expounded, the purpose, significance and method of this study are explained, and the literature review of the related research is also given. The second part: analysis of the problem (Chapter 2-4th). Questionnaire survey, observation and interview research methods. The level of multicultural awareness of kindergarten teachers in Z District of N City (views on social and cultural diversity, attitude towards multicultural education and teachers' attitude towards migrant workers). This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the education attitude of rural children, objectively describes the status quo of the multi-cultural consciousness of preschool teachers, and reveals the existing problems and influencing factors. The third part: problem solving (Chapter 5th-6th). On the basis of investigation and research, this paper makes a theoretical study on the influencing factors of teachers' multicultural consciousness from the angles of politics, culture and psychology. It also provides useful ideas for the construction of the curriculum of cultivating the multi-cultural consciousness of preschool teachers.
