【摘要】:学前教育专业学生的专业认同感程度影响着学前教育的可持续发展。从专业选择、专业认识、专业态度、专业行为、就业或深造意向和影响因素等方面,对X学院学前教育专业学生的专业认同感进行调查分析。调查显示,目前学生专业选择内在动因不足;专业认识程度参差不齐;专业态度需进一步加强;专业行为还有提升空间;就业或深造意向本专科、男女生之间存在差距;个人因素有待完善。对此,提出发挥专业前学优势,激发专业选择内在动力;全方面了解学前教育专业,进行专业;认同感教育;注重专业行为塑造,促进专业认同感培养等策略。
[Abstract]:The degree of professional identity of pre-school students affects the sustainable development of pre-school education, from the aspects of professional choice, professional understanding, professional attitude, professional behavior, employment or further education intention and influence factors. The investigation and analysis of the professional identity of pre-school students in X college show that the internal motivation of students' professional choice is insufficient; The level of professional knowledge is not uniform; Professional attitude needs to be further strengthened; There is room for improvement in professional behavior; There is a gap between male and female students. Personal factors need to be improved. In view of this, it is proposed to give full play to the advantages of professional pre-learning and to stimulate the internal motive force of professional choice. All aspects of the knowledge of preschool education, professional; Identity education; Pay attention to professional behavior, promote professional identity training and other strategies.
