【摘要】：正浙江省杭州市上城区多彩和音名师工作坊作为上城区唯一一个学前教育工作坊,于2015年8月正式成立,领衔人为上城区特级教师颜瑶卿老师。工作坊基于加德纳"多元智能"理论,以陶子幼儿园"小陶子五彩文化课程"为背景,以体验式音乐活动为切入口,着眼于提升幼儿的学习品质和人格素养。同时工作坊利用线上线下、网站、微信公众号等多种渠道,发挥名师联动效应,扩大辐射的广度和深度,致力于促进教师专业发展,培养具有良好师德修养、先进教育理念、厚实专业素养、扎实教研能力的教师队伍。
[Abstract]:Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Shangcheng district is a colorful and sound teacher workshops as only a Shangcheng District preschool education workshop, was formally established in August 2015, led by human Shangcheng District grade teacher Yan Yaoqing teacher workshops.
