【摘要】：学前教育质量第三方评估监测是打破学前教育评价行政藩篱、提升学前教育各利益相关者质量意识、促进幼儿健康成长的前提和基础。当前,我国学前教育质量第三方评估监测还存在独立性孱弱、指标体系混乱、体制障碍、公信力缺失和结果运用不当等困境,而理顺政府与第三方评估监测机构之间的关系、提升评估指标科学性和评估过程的规范性、破除评估监测机制壁垒、强化评估监测结果的使用效能、加强对评估监测机构监督监管是保证学前教育质量真正意义第三方评估监测的有效路径。
