园长时间管理及其有效性研究

【摘要】: 随着社会多元发展和大众对幼儿教育质量的要求不断地提高,园长应如何有效地运用有限的时间资源以应对急剧变化和多重挑战的幼教环境,成为令人关注的论题。本研究聚焦于园长的时间管理及其有效性,,研究内容涵盖了园长时间管理的内涵、园长时间管理的现状、园长时间管理上存在的问题,最后提出园长时间管理的有效性策略。 本论文采用定性和定量研究相结合的方法。首先运用访谈及观察探讨园长时间管理的基本概念,其旨在解释、描述出园长的时间管理法则及管理内容,以作为现状研究的雏型。另外针对园长时间管理现状进行了调查;调查中除了运用问卷的方式之外,也结合实际观察及与园长访谈,以对定量研究中的问题进行更深入细致的描述,印证定量研究中出现的突显问题并予以解释。 研究结果表明,园长的时间管理就是园长对有限时间资源的运用,是园长的一种自我管理和一种综合管理。园长时间管理具有以下特点:A、园长工作时间量的分配以“人”为本;B、园长时间管理过程以形成高效能团队为目标;C、园长时间的投入讲求长期效益;D、园长时间管理的成果兼顾有形的工作成效与无形的人际关系。 目前,园长时间管理的有效性仍受到许多因素的影响,如幼教领域普遍忽视时间管理、外界对园长的会议和文案工作要求不够科学合理、园长时间管理观念上存在很大误区、园长缺乏拒绝外界干扰的勇气以及园长缺乏对时间管理的学习及分享。据此,本文最后提出了提升园长时间管理有效性的原则和策略:园长时间管理应以积极主动、要事第一、效益为重、双赢、平衡、创新等六项方针作为指导原则;园长对时间管理思维的变革、提升向上管理的能力以及创建时间管理学习团队是园长提升时间管理有效性的重要策略。
[Abstract]:With the social development and the multiple quality of preschool education is continuously improved, the principal should be how to effectively use the limited time resources to cope with the rapidly changing and the multiple challenges of preschool education environment becomes an interesting topic. This study focused on the time management and its effectiveness, the research covers the connotation of the time management the principal status, time management, existing principal time management problems, finally puts forward the effective strategies of principal time management.
This paper adopts the method of qualitative and quantitative research. Firstly, based on interviews and observation of the basic concepts of the principal time management, which aims to explain and describe the time management principle and management content, as the prototype research status. In addition to the time management conducted a survey of the status quo; in addition to use questionnaire survey the way, also combined with the actual observation and interviews with the principal, further detailed description to quantitative research problems, confirm problems highlighted in quantitative study and interpret.
The results show that the use of the time management is the principal of limited time resource, is a principal of self management and a comprehensive management. The time management has the following characteristics: A, the amount of time the work assigned to "people" oriented; B, director of the time management process to form a high performance team C, director of the target; time put emphasis on long-term benefits; D, director of time management achievements both tangible and intangible effects of interpersonal relationship.
At present, the effectiveness of time management is affected by many factors, such as the field of early childhood education generally ignored the time management, outside of the director meeting and paperwork requirements is not reasonable and there is a big misunderstanding the concept of time management, the lack of external interference and the courage to refuse their lack of time management of learning and sharing. Accordingly, this paper finally puts forward to promote the principles and Strategies of the effectiveness of the principal time management: the principal time management should take the initiative, first things first, benefits, win-win, balance, innovation and other six party needle as a guiding principle; the principal change of time management thinking, to enhance the ability of management and create time management the team is the principal lifting time management effectiveness is an important strategy.
