【摘要】: 作者以前辈学者的理论观点作为指导和参考,对幼儿园男教师进行问卷调查和访谈,探讨女性一统天下的幼儿教育领域中男性教师的存在价值和重要作用,研究幼儿园师资队伍建设的性别构成与幼儿身心发展的关系,揭示男性在幼儿教育中独特的地位。研究触角直接伸向幼儿园男教师的生活世界和内心深处,为我国幼教师资队伍建设寻找新的突破点。性别心理学的研究表明,在人这样一个以“类”存在为其主要生存特征的智慧动物中,双性群居对幼儿人格、品德方面的影响是巨大的。单性度的人必然造成人格发展的单向度,进而导致人格的分裂与品德的畸形。 作者认为:幼儿园男教师刚毅、坚韧和果敢的品质与女教师的温柔、细心与亲和的品质形成互补,能促进幼儿身心和谐发展。 作者从社会学、心理学和教育学三个不同学科探讨幼儿教育领域里男教师的特殊作用:他们独特的行为方式、气质类型和性别特点,对幼儿性别社会化的发展,起着积极的平衡和推动作用。 由于传统的不正确的性别期望和刻板印象等原因,幼儿园男教师少之又少,有很多幼儿园根本就没有男教师,男教师由于社会压力、家庭成员的歧视以及自身对幼儿教育的不适应等原因,很难长久坚持从事幼儿教育工作。这与广大幼儿身心健康发展需要大批优秀男教师形成强烈的对比。如何解决这一难题,作者做了力所能及的思考和探讨,给出了初步的意见和建议,这个问题的根本解决需要政府、社会舆论、幼儿家长、幼儿园及男教师自身做出不断地努力。
[Abstract]:The author takes the theoretical viewpoint of the predecessors as the guidance and reference, carries on the questionnaire survey and the interview to the kindergarten male teacher, discusses the existence value and the important function of the male teacher in the field of the female dominated early childhood education. This paper studies the relationship between the gender composition of kindergarten teachers' construction and the physical and mental development of young children, and reveals the unique position of men in early childhood education. The research directly extends to the life world and heart of male kindergarten teachers. The research of gender psychology shows that in such a intelligent animal with "class" existence as its main survival feature, bisexual gregarious groups have great influence on the personality of young children. The influence of moral character is great. The unisexual person must cause the unidirectional development of personality, and then lead to the division of personality and the deformity of moral character. The author thinks that the male teachers' fortitude, tenacity and boldness of kindergarten teachers complement each other with the tenderness, care and affinity of female teachers, which can promote the harmonious development of children's body and mind. The author discusses the special role of male teachers in the field of early childhood education from three different subjects of sociology psychology and pedagogy: their unique behavior style temperament type and gender characteristics. It plays an active role in balancing and promoting the development of children's gender socialization. Due to the traditional incorrect gender expectations and stereotype and other reasons, there are very few male kindergarten teachers, many kindergartens do not have male teachers, male teachers because of social pressure. The discrimination of family members and their own maladjustment to early childhood education and so on. It is very difficult to engage in early childhood education for a long time. This contrasts strongly with the large number of excellent male teachers needed for the development of children's physical and mental health. How to solve this problem, the author has done his best to think and discuss. This paper gives some preliminary opinions and suggestions, the fundamental solution of this problem needs the government, the public opinion, the infant parents, the kindergarten and the male teacher to make the unceasing efforts.
