【摘要】: 研究探讨了新入园托班婴幼儿适应的过程特征以及入园适应过程中的影响因素,旨在帮助成人更清楚地认识新入园婴幼儿适应幼儿园的过程、更理性地看待在适应过程中出现的适应障碍、更有效地进行入园适应性教育。 新入园的3个托班和1个小班参与本研究,从9月1日到10月16日对新入园婴幼儿的适应过程进行为期27天的观察,其中研究者本人对其中的1个托班进行全天候实地观察,其他3个班级请带班教师代为观察,同时请家长配合观察婴幼儿在家里的情况。 研究提出了入园适应障碍的九项在园表现指标(入园哭闹、进餐困难、难以午休、排泄失禁、拒绝活动、情绪不稳、过度黏人、攻击同伴、沮丧少话)和四项在家表现指标(拒绝入园、食宿反常、情绪波动、反感提及),按这些项指标来观察记录新入园婴幼儿适应期在园和在家的情况。就观察结果分析之后将新入园婴幼儿的入园适应过程划分为四个阶段:强烈反应阶段、调整波动阶段、基本适应阶段和二次适应阶段。通过案例分析和比较,研究者认为影响婴幼儿入园适应的因素部分源于婴幼儿自身,部分来自于教师和家长,另外还有一些在特定环境下才产生作用的其他因素。 研究者建议,在进行入园适应性教育时要把握好阶段性和渐进性,注重家园沟通并达成教育共识;此外,,教师和家长应提前做好自身的心理、物质准备,幼儿园也要重视对软件、硬件的调整配备。
[Abstract]:The study discussed the characteristics of the process of new nursery children's adaptation and the influencing factors in the process of new nursery children's adaptation, in order to help adults to understand more clearly the process of infant's adaptation to kindergarten. More rational view of the adaptation obstacles in the process of adaptation, more effective adaptation education. Three new nurseries and one small class participated in this study. From September 1st to October 16th, the adaptation process of infants and young children were observed for 27 days. One of them was observed on the spot all the time, while the other three classes were observed by teachers, and parents were asked to cooperate in observing the situation of infants at home. The study proposed nine performance indicators (crying, difficulty in eating, difficulty in lunch, excretion incontinence, rejection, emotional instability, excessive attachment, attacking companions). Depression) and four indicators of home performance (refusal to go to school, abnormal food and lodging, mood swings, aversion to mention). According to these indicators to observe and record the adaptation period of infants and young children in the garden and at home. According to the analysis of the observation results, the process of the new children into the garden is divided into four stages: the stage of strong reaction. Through the case analysis and comparison, the researchers believe that the factors that affect the infant's adjustment to kindergarten are partly from the infant itself, partly from the teachers and parents. There are also other factors that work in a particular context. The researchers suggest that in carrying out adaptive education, we should grasp the stage and gradual nature, pay attention to home communication and reach an educational consensus; In addition, teachers and parents should do their own psychological, material preparation in advance, kindergarten should also attach importance to the adjustment of software and hardware.
