学校教学培养与学前教育学生专业学习信心的关系

【摘要】:为了探讨影响学前教育学生专业学习信心的因素及其作用机制,本研究首先构建了包括学校教学培养、学生专业素养提升、学生对未来职业的评价以及学校类型等因素在内的理论模型,然后调查了来自安徽省19所大中专院校的8398名学前教育专业学生,借此数据来检验模型的适配性。结果表明学前教育学生对专业学习的信心略高,对学校的教学培养情况及未来职业的评价也略好;大专院校的学生及大专、中职两类学校的高年级学生对自己专业素养的提升状况评价较好。此外,结构方程模型的分析还发现学校的教学培养除了直接影响学生的专业学习信心外,还通过专业素养提升的中介作用再次影响后者,其影响力之比为3∶1;不同类型的学校对上述两种影响力有显著的调节作用,中职学校的教学培养对学生专业信心的影响力显著大于大专院校,而大专院校的专业素养提升中介作用显著高于中职学校;职业评价在学校的教学培养对学生专业学习信心的影响中有显著的正向调节作用。建议中职学校要加强理论内容的教学;大专院校应进一步重视学生专业素养的提升;教师要帮助学生形成对未来工作的积极评价。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the factors that affect the professional learning confidence of pre-school students and its mechanism, this study first constructs the training of school teaching, the improvement of students' professional literacy. The theoretical model of the students' evaluation of the future occupation and the type of school was used to investigate 8398 pre-school major students from 19 colleges and universities in Anhui province. The results show that pre-school students have a little higher confidence in professional learning, and better evaluation of the teaching and training situation and the future occupation. Students in colleges and universities and junior college, secondary vocational schools of the two types of senior students to improve their professional literacy is better. In addition. The analysis of the structural equation model also found that the teaching training of the school not only directly affects the students' confidence in professional learning, but also affects the latter again through the intermediary function of the professional literacy promotion, the influence ratio of which is 3: 1; Different types of schools have a significant regulatory role on the above two kinds of influence, secondary vocational schools' teaching and training of students' professional confidence is significantly greater than the influence of colleges and universities. The mediating effect of the professional quality promotion in the colleges and universities is significantly higher than that in the secondary vocational schools. Vocational evaluation plays a significant positive role in the influence of teaching training on students' professional learning confidence. It is suggested that secondary vocational schools should strengthen the teaching of theoretical content. Colleges and universities should pay more attention to the promotion of students' professional quality; Teachers should help students form a positive assessment of their future work.
