幼儿园初任教师专业发展:困境、成因及出路

【摘要】：幼儿园初任教师处于教师职业生涯的起始阶段,是幼儿教师专业发展最具可塑性的关键时期。然而,当前幼儿园初任教师专业发展却面临心理、人际以及身份方面的困境。其原因在于幼儿教师自我发展意识、园本文化场域以及政策保障机制方面还存在一些不足。基于此,帮助幼儿园初任教师走出专业发展的困境,需要唤醒幼儿教师专业发展的自觉,重塑融合型幼儿园园本文化,建立和完善政策法规保障机制。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten teachers are in the initial stage of teachers' professional career, which is the most plastic key period of preschool teachers' professional development. However, the current kindergarten teachers' professional development is faced with psychological. The difficulties in interpersonal and identity are due to the teachers' consciousness of self-development, the field of garden culture and the policy guarantee mechanism. Based on this, there are still some shortcomings. It is necessary to awaken the consciousness of the professional development of kindergarten teachers, reshape the integrated kindergarten garden culture, and establish and perfect the policy and regulation guarantee mechanism to help the newly appointed kindergarten teachers get out of the predicament of professional development.
