幼儿园手工活动中教师指导的价值取向研究

【摘要】: 本研究采用社会科学研究中日益兴起的质的研究方法对幼儿园手工活动中教师指导的价值取向进行研究。研究的对象是长春市童童幼儿园(化名)的悠然老师,她是幼儿园手工活动室的专职教师,同时也是首次创建幼儿园手工活动室。研究者以理解支持幼儿教师的态度为基点,站在客观的角度上,通过观察、访谈、相关资料搜集等个案研究的方法对本文进行了深入地研究:揭示幼儿园活动中教师指导的价值取向表现特征,站在幼儿教师的角度寻找其指导价值取向的影响因素,且深入细致地进行了分析,最后对教师指导的价值取向的发展提出了展望构想。文章分为五个部分: 第一部分开宗明义地提出了论文的研究原因、作出了相关概念的界定、综述了相关研究文献、阐述了论文研究的理论价值和实践意义。 第二部分研究过程描述。从研究方法的选择、抽样、资料的收集和整理、研究反思、研究效度和伦理道德问题五个角度阐述研究过程。 第三部分幼儿园手工活动中教师指导的价值取向的质化研究。根据研究者的观察、访谈及对相关资料的收集整理的基础上,对幼儿园教师的指导价值取向现状进行了描述和分析。 第四部分研究结果的讨论。从教师指导价值取向的整体特征和影响因素两方面对个案研究的结果进行了理论阐述和探究。 第五部分展望。研究者从正面对教育现象提出了宏观的教育建议和展望,研究者的教育观念和取向跃然纸端,希望能够给现有的教育状况注入新鲜的血液和活力。
[Abstract]:In this study, the value orientation of teachers' guidance in kindergarten manual activities is studied by using the method of qualitative research, which is emerging day by day in social science research. The object of this study is the relaxed teacher of Changchun Tong Tong Kindergarten (alias). She is a full-time kindergarten manual activity room teachers, but also the first time to create a kindergarten manual activity room. Based on understanding and supporting the attitude of kindergarten teachers, the researcher stands on the objective point of view, through observation, interviews. Relevant data collection and other case studies of the method of in-depth study of this paper: to reveal the value orientation of kindergarten activities of the characteristics of value orientation. From the point of view of preschool teachers, this paper looks for the influencing factors of its guiding value orientation, and makes a thorough and meticulous analysis. Finally, it puts forward a prospect for the development of teachers' guiding value orientation. The article is divided into five parts: In the first part, the author puts forward the research reasons of the thesis, defines the related concepts, summarizes the relevant research documents, and expounds the theoretical value and practical significance of the research. The second part describes the research process from five angles: the choice of research methods, sampling, data collection and collation, research reflection, research validity and ethical issues. The third part is the qualitative research on the value orientation of teachers' guidance in kindergarten manual activities. According to the observation of the researchers, interviews and the collection of relevant information on the basis of. This paper describes and analyzes the present situation of the guiding value orientation of kindergarten teachers. Part 4th discusses the results of the case study from the aspects of the overall characteristics and influencing factors of the value orientation of teachers' guidance, and makes a theoretical exposition and exploration of the results of the case study. Part 5th: the author puts forward the macroscopic education suggestion and prospect from the positive side, and the educational concept and orientation of the researcher is very clear. Hope to inject fresh blood and vitality into the existing educational situation.
