幼儿园教师对幼儿奖励策略的研究

【摘要】: 奖励在幼儿园教育过程中具有必要性,它以符合幼儿年龄特点的方式强化幼儿的良好行为,使幼儿获得自信和愉悦感,从而不断的重复和保持这些良好的行为。而关于幼儿园教师对幼儿奖励策略的研究则可以通过对实际情况的研究分析,发现问题,总结经验,提高作为奖励主体的幼儿教师在日常教学过程中对幼儿奖励策略运用的有效性。 本研究对幼儿奖励策略的实践调查发现:在教学实践过程中教师肯定奖励策略的教育价值;教师对于奖励概念的理解正确;但也认识到了奖励的一些负面功能;教师以奖励作为幼儿教育的主要辅助措施;教师能够根据符合幼儿身心发展特点的形式对其进行奖励;教师运用奖励策略的能力在实践中不断提高。 但幼儿园教师运用奖励策略的过程中也存在着问题:部分教师对于奖励目的的认识存在偏差;奖励内容中对于幼儿品德与社会性发展方面的奖励较少;教师在对幼儿实施奖励时忽视了奖励的“质”,忽视了幼儿的内在动机;奖励缺乏明确的奖励标准,缺乏奖励理论知识体系的引领。总的来说,教师对幼儿奖励策略的运用能力还有待提高。 通过本研究的调查与分析,笔者认为幼儿园教师在奖励策略的运用过程中应树立正确的奖励目的、明确奖励功能;奖励的内容要全面,品德与社会性发展方面的品质应受到重视;奖励要有个体差异性,适当增加纵向比较的比例;奖励要注重效果,关注奖励的“质量”;奖励要面对全体的幼儿,关注幼儿的内在动机;奖励要制定科学的标准,建立符合幼儿身心发展特点的奖励体系。
[Abstract]:Rewards are necessary in the process of kindergarten education, which reinforce the good behaviour of young children in a manner consistent with their age characteristics and enable them to gain self-confidence and a sense of pleasure. In order to repeat and maintain these good behaviors, the research on kindergarten teachers' reward strategies for young children can find problems and sum up experiences through the research and analysis of actual situation. To improve the effectiveness of the application of the reward strategy in the daily teaching process. In this study, it is found that in the process of teaching practice, teachers affirm the educational value of reward strategies, teachers have a correct understanding of the concept of rewards, but they also recognize some negative functions of rewards. Teachers take reward as the main auxiliary measure of early childhood education; teachers can reward children according to the characteristics of their physical and mental development; the ability of teachers to use reward strategies is constantly improved in practice. However, there are still some problems in the process of applying the reward strategy to kindergarten teachers: some teachers have deviations in their understanding of the purpose of reward, less rewards for children's moral character and social development in the content of rewards; Teachers ignore the "quality" of the reward and the intrinsic motivation of the child, and the reward lacks the clear reward standard and the guidance of the knowledge system of the reward theory. The ability of teachers to use the reward strategy for young children needs to be improved. Through the investigation and analysis of this study, the author thinks that the kindergarten teachers should set up the correct purpose of reward in the process of applying the reward strategy, make clear the reward function, and the content of the reward should be comprehensive, The quality of moral character and social development should be valued; the reward should have individual difference and increase the proportion of vertical comparison appropriately; the reward should pay attention to the effect and pay attention to the "quality" of the reward; the reward should face all the young children. Pay attention to the intrinsic motivation of young children, and set up scientific standard and reward system according to the characteristics of children's physical and mental development.
