南京市社区学前教育的现状、症结及对策

【摘要】:人的培养是一个系统的工程。但长期以来,我国的学前教育主要是由幼儿园和家庭承担,整个社会参与学前教育的意识淡薄。随着社会的发展,这种封闭的幼教体系已不再适应于时代的要求。在此背景下,社区学前教育应运而生,并逐渐成为当今幼教界研究的热点。因此,对南京市社区学前教育问题的研究将具有特定的实际意义。 社区学前教育,它旨在密切社区、幼儿园和家庭三者间的联系,并力图通过幼儿教师和社区工作者之间的合作,让社区内的每一位家长和幼儿都能接受到良好的教育。本文主要从现状、症结及对策三个方面对南京市社区学前教育的状况做了全面阐述。在对调查资料分析的基础上,研究者总结出南京市社区学前教育的现状,即初步形成了以幼儿园为中心的社区学前教育模式。通过实证的调查与访谈,又揭示并剖析了南京市社区学前教育的现存问题,即人们对社区学前教育价值认识上的误区、幼儿园与社区间缺乏相互的沟通和协作、社区学前教育经费的不足以及配套政策法规的缺失等。最后,研究者对合理开展社区学前教育也提出了具体的策略和建议。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of human beings is a systematic project. However, for a long time, preschool education in our country has mainly been undertaken by kindergartens and families, and the whole society has a weak sense of participation in preschool education. With the development of society, This closed preschool education system is no longer adapted to the requirements of the times. In this context, community preschool education emerged as the times require, and has gradually become a hot spot in the field of preschool education. The study of community preschool education in Nanjing will have specific practical significance. Community pre-school education, which aims to link the community, kindergarten and family, and seeks to work together among early childhood teachers and community workers, So that every parent and child in the community can receive good education. This article mainly from the current situation, the crux and countermeasures to the status quo of community preschool education in Nanjing City, based on the analysis of the survey data, The researchers sum up the current situation of community preschool education in Nanjing, that is, the pre-school education model with kindergarten as the center. Through empirical investigation and interview, the author reveals and analyzes the existing problems of community pre-school education in Nanjing. That is, the misunderstanding of the value of community preschool education, the lack of mutual communication and cooperation between kindergarten and community, the insufficiency of community preschool education funds and the lack of supporting policies and regulations, etc. Finally, Researchers also put forward specific strategies and suggestions for the reasonable development of community preschool education.
