一位幼儿园教师课程实施状况的教育叙事研究

【摘要】: 教师与课程是教育改革进程中两个紧密联系、不可分割的根本性因素,因此,把教师与课程两者联系起来进行考察、诠释教师课程角色并探究教师课程行为等的系统研究越来越受到重视,教师在课程实施过程中的重要作用在理论上得到公认。随着幼儿园课程改革的不断推进,幼儿教师已不仅仅是传统意义上的课程执行者,而要向课程参与者、领导者和研究者等多种角色转变,从而更好地改进幼儿园课程实施状况。 本研究采用教育叙事研究方法,通过访谈、观察、文献资料等多种方法搜集了研究对象在课程实施过程中的“故事”,通过对故事的描述及其背后意义的分析,归纳出影响教师课程实施的诸多因素,进而提出相应的教育建议。 本论文主要包括五大部分: 一、问题的提出。主要阐述了本文的研究背景,明晰了所要研究的问题,并从理论和实践两方面揭示了研究的意义,并对课程实施、幼儿园课程实施、幼儿园课程实施中的教师以及教育叙事研究方法等相关理论和方法进行了归纳和梳理。 二、研究设计和过程。从选择研究方法到选择研究对象,从研究资料的搜集方法到研究的效度和伦理问题等方面进行了预先设计,以使研究更加可行、科学。 三、根据教育叙事研究方法要求的写作范式对研究对象在课程实施过程中的故事进行“深描”,从而展现其在课程计划、具体实施以及反思评价三个关键环节中的状况。 四、从教育行政部门、家长、幼儿园以及教师自身等外部和内部因素,对研究对象的课程实施状况进行归因分析。 五、提出改进研究对象课程实施状况的教育建议。
[Abstract]:Teacher and curriculum are two essential factors which are closely related and inseparable in the process of educational reform. Therefore, the connection between teacher and curriculum is investigated. More and more attention has been paid to the systematic research of interpreting teachers' curriculum roles and exploring teachers' curriculum behaviors. The important role of teachers in the course of curriculum implementation has been recognized in theory. Kindergarten teachers are not only traditional curriculum executors, but also need to change to curriculum participants, leaders, researchers and other roles, so as to better improve the implementation of kindergarten curriculum. This study adopts educational narrative research methods, through interviews, observations, literature and other methods to collect the research object in the course of the implementation of the course of the "story", through the description of the story and the analysis of the meaning behind it. This paper sums up many factors that affect the implementation of teacher's curriculum, and then puts forward corresponding educational suggestions. This thesis mainly includes five parts:. First, put forward the problem. It mainly expounds the research background of this paper, clarifies the problems to be studied, and reveals the significance of the research from both theoretical and practical aspects, and carries out the curriculum implementation and kindergarten curriculum implementation. Kindergarten curriculum implementation of teachers and educational narrative research methods and other related theories and methods are summarized and combed. Second, the research design and process, from the selection of research methods to the selection of research objects, from the collection of research materials to the validity of research and ethical issues, and so on, in order to make the research more feasible and scientific. Thirdly, according to the writing paradigm required by the educational narrative research method, the author makes a "deep description" of the subjects' stories in the course of curriculum implementation, so as to show their situation in the three key links of curriculum planning, concrete implementation and reflective evaluation. Fourth, from the educational administrative department, parents, kindergarten and teachers themselves and other external and internal factors, the implementation of the curriculum analysis of the subjects. Fifth, put forward the educational suggestions to improve the implementation of the research object curriculum.
